  1. I was nervous about this too as my package arrived on Feb 5th, but hadn’t shown up on my submissions either, Just spoke with CGC and they assured that as long as it arrived before the due date then the submission is eligible for the signing. According to the call they are only now opening boxes received up to Jan 29th. Apparently the signing is not yet scheduled and will be when they get through the backlog of opening submissions received through to Feb 8th.
  2. Agreed on the 7.5 purely because of that staining/funk above bottom staple. Shame as it is a nice book otherwise.
  3. Another TTA 100 for the community's insights and view on possible grade... is this a better book?
  4. Appreciate the community's insights and view on possible grade.
  5. I'd be a bit more generous on the first one 8.0 with 8.5 with a press. Second one, concur on 3.0.
  6. Ouch, that wrap is so bad, not even sure you could fix that without still hammering the grade given the staples misalignment. I'm at 6.5/7.0 at best; be interested if someone is able to work some magic on it though...
  7. If you leave it on, you could also get a Qualified Label (see one of my stickered books below)
  8. Ouch. Looks like a reading copy to me. 3.0
  9. I'm optimistic about this one with a clean and press. Thoughts?
  10. I suspect 9.2 as is (indents on Ikaris corner box and spine ticks visible on last picture) but it does looks like with benefit from a press and thus achieve higher grade.
  11. Last one for today and another Tales to Astonish for your consideration and feedback on grade...
  12. Not sure about submitting this one, so would appreciate everyone's thoughts on possible grade; also what is the likely impact of the writing on the cover?
