Ouch with that staining - this one feels way overpaid. -

PGM Moon Knight 25 White Dot Variant?
Still Only 35c replied to comicginger1789's topic in Hey buddy, can you spare a grade?
Yep. Regardless, as mentioned your copy isn't the White Dot Error print. I've attached my copy for reference/comparison. -
It certainly seems to me that CGC are significantly under/tight grading and at times, mishandling books with all these finger creases and other new issues appearing. I've got a number of submissions in at the moment, including some that are CPRs, that are trickling through. All the books have been cleaned and pressed by a very reputable source, yet the books are coming back with new issues and very inconsistent grades (some with a distinct lack of grader notes too). Suspect the new influx of new "talent" at CGC may be the cause. I always try to make sure I have photos of books prior shipping, post clean and press as well as when I finally have the slab in hand. That way, those difficult conversations with CGC are less so.

Following up on this post with a selection of Penman Collection books submitted to CGC that I've posted on the Hey buddy, can you spare a grade? part of the forum. I've been so impressed with the books from this collection thus far. Picked up some more UK Pence variants from recent Excalibur Auction as well today. -
Down for me. I can login, but get spinning wheel when try to view submissions. Damn inconvenient, how am I supposed to complain about CGC turnaround times if I can't even login to see how long it's taking them to grade books?

Marvel UK Price Variants
Still Only 35c replied to Get Marwood & I's topic in Silver Age Comic Books
Interesting. From a pricing perspective, what does everyone think the premium of a UKPV should be? UKPV books should be priced at a premium (~100%?) vs cents copies, similar to how US price variants (ie. 30c vs 35c) are treated. I think it is reasonable given the scarcity of these books especially in high grade keys. -
Post Your Sienkiewicz Remarques & Signature Slabs
Still Only 35c replied to Chaz G.'s topic in The Signature Room
My 3 books came back recently, opted for Moon Knight, Legion and Warlock. As you can see, the cases are damaged, as sadly, Fedex thought it would be a good idea to run over the package (they even kindly left the tire marks on the top of the box). Luckily only the cases cracked and the inner well survived, but they are on their way back to Sarasota for a reholder.
