  1. this will be a nice reader to go along with my slabbed copy
  2. That is such a great cover. The purple looks beautiful. Nice copy.
  3. Fantasticon - Lansing, MI April 29th and 30th - Fun Midwest Show Link to the show below. I believe that boardies Nick's Comics, Tempus Fugit, and Catrick339 will be there. I have bought from all 3 and they always have a lot of good stuff. I have had a lot of success buying at Fantasticon in the past but I have stuff that needs to go at the moment and I will be setting up too for my first big show, so come take advantage of my rookie mistakes! Also, lots of fun stuff to do in Michigan in the spring if you head west from Lansing towards Lake Michigan. Grand Rapids, Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Haven are great places. Lots of other fun places in West Michigan too and lots of Craft Beer. Lansing is catching up but there are lots of fun places to visit with the family about an hour to ninety minutes west of the show. Show's website: http://www.fantasticon.net/?page_id=2147
  4. Thank you so much. I'm down for any wait period in line but do you have a best guess as to how long the wait is for Stan? Is there a better time of day to go?
  5. Thanks for the feedback guys. I guess my preference would be to get it signed in person so I can see him actually sign the book.
  6. I'm considering driving down from Michigan for this con and I'm looking for some advice. I mainly go to cons to buy and have never gotten a signature before but I really want to get Stan Lee to sign my issue of Amazing Spider-man that has a letter I wrote in the letters section. There are zero SS copies of the book on the census and I know time is running out if I am ever going to get this done. I checked their website and while they are selling advance autograph tickets for several other celebrities and comic book guests, they do not have that option for Stan. All they say is that you can buy an autograph ticket on the day of the show. I am wondering if anyone has any advice on this? I won't hold you to it, but what are the odds that I will actually get an autograph ticket at the gate? Do they sell out in seconds? Any other tips and tricks would be very appreciated. THANKS in advance!
  7. Congrats on 2 tremendous pick ups!
