Hey Everyone, hope I am not breaking any rules here as I havent logged on or sold anything here in a very long time. I am looking to move pretty much my whole graphic novel / comic collection. Not to get into any sob stories but I lost my job back in April bc of COVID and i just cant hold off any longer and need the funds that these have associated with them. I just did an inventory and it looks to be around 213 or so graphic novels and i have 8 comics that Im thinking of selling.. Id hate to sell them as they are the last remaining books from my last purge but if the offers are right I cant see myself saying no. I havent taken pictures yet but That is next on the to do.. I just wanted to post here first to see if anyone is NJ, specifically the monmouth county area as I would love to do a local deal but I am not opposed to shipping. Extended Cut 11/15/2016 Digital! December blu ray release

I saw it last night.. it was a fun movie.. 7/10 for me as well. You should not go in expecting godfather 2 its just a fun August popcorn flick with great characters.. yes story was a bit whatever but it was fine and they nailed the characters which i think is important.

Keeping in mind they gave him Harley's prop bat for his daughter, so he kinda has to say nice things, right? http://www.ew.com/article/2016/01/31/suicide-squad-harley-quinn-bat-kevin-smith-daughter It would be easy to assume so. But as much as Kevin Smith is associated with DC, he came down hard on Batman v Superman from his initial viewing. So I would like to assume he will speak his mind if he doesn't care for the film. I think his criticism of BvS had more to do with him trying to position himself for a shot at directing a future DC movie (since he's been linked to numerous Batman scripts, and his buddy Ben is the current B-Man) You could be right, since working for the studios can be very political to stay in their good graces. But hearing Smith's rants about various things to speak his mind, there is that other side of the coin where he wants his voice to be heard. IDK in his podcasts at least earlier he had repeaditly said he would never direct a superhero movie as it would be "too big"for him.. i honestly believe what he says usually about movies.. hes just a big geek.

I watched the first 2+ hours on my commute to work this morning. I ended right at the "Martha" Scene. Just a disclaimer I really liked the theatrical cut so take that as you will. This movie is definitely better. It doesn't leave to assumptions anymore really. Again didnt finish it but it was a better overall movie now.

from everything i have read it seems really fun! i loved BVS and appreciate the darker story but i also appreciate where this is heading as well. That scene with Bruce and Barry sound amazing along withe the scene with all of them and Gordon... Im pumped

Now THAT is interesting! With the DC Super Hero Girls campaign focusing more on the female characters, this would follow that same path. Though making a Harley/Batgirl/Birds of Prey movie would have to at least be in the PG-13 range to attract a larger audience. Have to give DC credit.. if true and this movies forward quickly, they are going where Marvel has yet to go.. Wonder Woman solo next year and then this.. they are really going after being the first with being better about putting women on screen.

Yes. This isn't a Batman from any of the other movies. It's a different Batman. This one has had enough of bad guys who try to kill him. They're like weeds. Kill 'em all. More pop up. Kill those. Self-defense is a valid argument, if you need one. That's a disappointment and totally unnecessary To be fair, the using a gun/shooting happened during a DREAM sequence (don't get me started on the sequence) that happened in a dystopian future where superman is like an emperor and has destroyed much of the earth. However he is a much more aggressive Batman.
