yes, the keen komics, the comic pages and the funny picture stories #4. the funny picture stories #1 and the arrow #3 were not.

up next, a nice copy of a book i've only ever seen a few of over the years (all in lower grade). beautiful gustavson hitler cover.

in keeping with the current theme...

a poster was asking about this book in the batman/detective comics thread so i posted my copy over there. don't know if it merits posting over here as well.

first thing to cross my mind was the batman stories prior to the debut of robin. detective comics #27 to 37. but i'll give it more thought and post back

scrooge, i went for the computer desk in lieu of the kitchen counter to see if having the desk lamp right over the book made for a better picture. the marble may be returning for the next picture!

i usually have them in a mylite, then in a mylar. i was taking them out of the mylar and leaving them in the mylite, but because of the flash on my phone you couldn't see the comic wherever the reflection was. so i started just taking them completely out to take pictures.

here's another one. comic pages v3#4. gerber says it's a 7, but i have a hunch it's harder to find than that.
