  1. so i just finished the essential Ashoka Disney Clone wars shows and it then jumps to episode 15 of season 1 of Rebels. There i was a bit lost so I decided to watch all of Rebels. Just started episode 1 Let me say that the evolution of Ashoka (character) in clone wars makes more sense to me now based on the episodes that Disney has laid out to watch that final season and the final episodes are some of the best Star Wars I've ever seen God Bless Filoni if only he had done episodes 7-9
  2. saw the movie last week I thought the first 15 minutes of the movie were great, it stayed good but some parts seemed a little dragged on. Gosling is fantastic, overall very solid. 3/4 stars my expectations were very high so it fell short but still good nonetheless
  3. the problems that keep coming up can be easily reduced the issue is that CGC cares more about profits than quality at this point we keep sending in books, why should they care to make any changes, according to revenue, things have never been better
  4. whoa, even more than Andor? which for me was the star wars I've been waiting for since Mandolorian and Luke's appearance Watching tonight, have the Scotch on the rocks ready
  5. while Margot seems to be getting a lot of the credit here, Greta and Noah should get most of it
  6. I was at a small comic show a couple weeks ago and asked some dealers if they had seen Barbie and they all said a resounding "no" I said that I wanted to see it and they all looked at me strangely and said "really???" I said sure, why wouldn't I want to go see Margot Robbie for 2 hours on the big screen. Of course there are other reasons (I'm looking at you Ryan Gosling! JK) I like the director, I enjoyed the movie she made Frances Ha! (writer with Noah Baumbach from the Squid and the Whale) and Lady Bird
  7. so did you take this time to reflect on what you did @VintageComics to prevent the next strike?
  8. the problem Disney/Marvel has had goes back to the decisions made to make these movies/tv shows (fit) they made decisions that didn't go with the original story of the character and we are now seeing the results of those decisions they paint themselves into corners and then the pieces no longer fit anyone confident they will know how to fit the x-men (mutants) into this mess? didn't they determine ms marvel is a mutant or hint at it look at what they've done in the past few years, zero confidence
  9. how quickly everyone forgets the mess of Doctor Strange and Spider-man 3.
  10. it did pick up but then everyone is standing around while the two main characters face each other down this show is dumb
