    Haunted Thrills #5 (CGC 6.5 with off-white to white pages) $1800: SOLD! Comcav. Classic skull cover with little ghouls coming out between missing teeth and eye sockets. A bit creepy if you ask me. Excellent centering and gorgeous colors.

    Authentic Police Cases #6 (CGC 4.5 with cream to off-white pages) $1350: SOLD! Comcav. Superb Matt Baker cover showing his mastery of women in distress. Baker captures the essence of terror as this gorgeous damsel is being shoved by a thug from a speeding train. Her shapely leg dangling so close to the ground captures the reader’s attention immediately. The voluptuous woman, the crazed thug and the speeding train encapsulate the entire cover. This simplicity is striking and one of the characteristics that makes this one of Baker’s best. Used in SOTI.
