  1. Fixed that for you No fixing needed. Screen shots from the video:
  2. I don’t think we’ll hear back from ol’ Nolm Spartacus to see how his investment turned out.
  3. It’s a *very* Classic Cover. Deemed suitable for postcards, refrigerator magnets, keychains & homages. Edit: & apparently weirdly sleeved shirts. @Yorick
  4. Thanks! That’s what I suspected, that they began the story with page 2 since it doesn’t really affect the story much. I appreciate your help!
  5. It’s an interesting point in time to research Young Romance 150 sold copies on eBay. Somebody had a CGC 6.0 copy they put a low BIN on with free shipping, several other brutally low grade copies went at auction for strong results. I lucked into a fairly decent looking copy today (comparatively) with a reasonable BIN price. I imagine it will remain my keeper unless I get real lucky again:
  6. Add captaincollectible to your lists. He made an offer on a book ($90), I accepted... no pay, no communication at all. Reading his feedback, it’s not his first time.
  7. All I remember is the Sopranos quote about Dale Evans by Paulie Walnuts.
  8. Also... the holographic sticker on the front cover: all sealed examples currently on eBay have the sticker. But for the loose books, there are examples of both regular and Special Edition without the sticker. All loose books with the sticker appear to be regular editions.
  9. Significant as the 1st Harley Quinn in print, beating BA12 by a couple months... Anyone know the story on the Special Edition? Is it a 2nd print that was also bundled with an audio cassette or sold as the book only? Pics borrowed off eBay showing both versions (the difference being at the bottom of the back cover- ignore color variations that were most likely due to 2 different photographers with different lighting conditions). The last pic shows the book/cassette combo still sealed.
  10. Welp, had this in my watch list for a couple months, I like the cover and it was the best looking copy to roll around. I almost pulled the trigger on it... Then this copy came along. Glad I held out, I think I’ll like it better.
  11. BB-Gun is that your copy? I need interior pics- the 1st and last couple pages ( including inside front and back covers). I think this giveaway was produced a bit differently to accommodate it’s cover. There is a single leaf glued to the last page at the spine, it’s not a wrap, here’s page 1 and a look at the spine...
  12. I researched further and am guessing it’s the contents of Uncle Scrooge and Donald Duck #1 (1965). I’d like to compare it to a copy of it since this is an odd size, and whether it includes the pages that were redrawn by Barks. If anybody has a copy of US&DD #1 handy and can snap pics of the 1st couple spreads (inside front cover and first 3 pages), I’d appreciate it for additional research...
  13. Oddball promotional/giveaway for a bank in Marshalltown, IA. Approx. 100 pages, includes a reprint of Donald Duck and the Mummy’s Ring. I believe it dates around 1963-1965 but not sure.
  14. & yes the crack option is still funny.
  15. Agree to auction... “predates TMNT #1” & 9.8 is some strong hypability. CLink it!
  16. Won this copy last night for almost 1/3 of my max bid. Very happy to get one in this condition as it’s been on the want list for about a year and took patience to wait for the right copy to come along.
  17. Thanks for checking. I’m running an older version of the app. I can’t update to the newest version until I upgrade my iPhone iOS which will take wifi and some time.
  18. Is it required while listing on a computer? I was on the phone app...
