Man, this thread gets so complicated sometimes. Kav and Jimmers RAK situation was between them. maybe a pm would have caused less confusion, but really, who cares? Thanks for being a good guy Kav, and Jimmers, don't worry about feeling obligated to do anything. Do what you can, when you can.

I got a "NM" copy of cover B on eBay for $25. I know it's a lot but my LCS got ten and none were in very good condition... And I didn't get any...

My LCS said they got 10 and all the spines were damaged. they still sold out, but he said none were gradable. There are a few on Ebay for some hefty prices... I wish I could spend the cash, but I just bought my last few books before Fan expo.
