  1. Harvey, Someone who thought they did nothing wrong wouldn't offer you resolution for the comics your complaining about.
  2. BTW In his initial complaint Harvey made no mention of any condition issues, and requested either a partial refund or a full refund. Since then he found a book he claimed was missing, and refuses to accept any resolution for the two books that I take responsibility for. I also offered to refund him $5 toward shipping which at one time he agreed to, (before he made this all public) that should be about $11 Probation worthy?
  3. So refusing to refund return shipping is probation worthy. If that's true all sellers here should be concerned. make it a rule that seller need to agree to.
  4. Buyers need not be concerned, I seek advice from the forum all the time about condition. See Can you spare a grade thread.
  5. I don't try to deceive people with my pictures. Perhaps one or two had no plastic.
  6. I stand by my condition description. I offered full refund at first complaint. The dispute was return shipping I shipped all books, two books were not the printing he was expecting. I can resolve that. My mistake, unfamiliar with the series, He knew that I was confused with the production runs.
  7. I diidn't make this public, but when my good reputation is attacked I defend it. Ok, so now that the missing book is resolved.... What reason are you giving for not paying for the return shipping? There is still the issue of the re prints, that I believe he specifically asked you about before you sent them. I just told him I will send him the two he is complaining about, and by the way the lot was for 115 comics.
  8. I diidn't make this public, but when my good reputation is attacked I defend it.
  9. So you think eBay screen names are private? I usually don't have any problem with my Ebay accounts being known or seen, however when my ebay accounts are made public attached to a negative post about me as a seller overall, (especially when that information was intended to be private) it can definitely hurt a reputation. In fact although he says that he was trying to give me the benefit of the doubt by posting my account names, in the same breath he publicly proclaimed what I considered NM comics "trash". Your posts are also doing a good job of this as well. Harvey just found the comic he said I didn't send him. Does that change your opinion?
  10. Zip Code 18301 to Mass. 20 pounds. Do the math. I might get a discount shipping labels via Paypal. John

  12. and its fair that I gave Harvey my ebay accounts in a private message, and he posted them here publicly in a dispute thread?
  13. I also have two years of problem free transactions here. I offered a $5 compromise on shipping, it cost me $11.57 to ship the box, we clearly have a dispute. So the forum really prosecutes people over a matter like this?
  14. Try to respond tot the comments here about Harvey's complaints. Need to use the reply button correctly.Sorry
  15. For clarification Volume 2 #2 was sent and received, you claim its not a first printing.
  16. Hello, Your response seem fair, Harvey and I are in a dispute about one of books missing, I know I sent it he claims he didn't get it. So what do you do? John
  17. does anyone else have suspicions when it comes to some ebay auctions, why would an auction be over 100 when you get get the set cheaper. and by the way I bought a set of global from Mile High, next day they quadrupled the price
