  3. This looks like an "Ask CGC" question. @CGC Mike Can you help and relocate this thread to help out the OP?
  4. In fact, I do have my first OA purchase. Saw it, and loved the simplicity of it. Although not technically comic art. Here's my first purchase of legitimate comic art, which I still own also.
  5. Heritage has been, fairly consistently, the worst place to sell magazines. It's just not, so far, the place that magazine collectors are looking for quality material. About 12 years ago, I purchased a copy of Eerie 81 CGC 9.6 W for $66. Not much has changed since then.
  6. Always enjoy your posts and sales threads, Jimbo!
  7. Wow! Who knew I had so much in common with him?
  8. This is an unbelievably stupid character. I really miss when characters had strengths and weaknesses that made them relatable. Marvel's success was built on that for both heroes and villains.
  9. Beautiful film. Well written, acted, directed and shot. It's incredibly difficult to maintain the pace and interest of a 3 hour film, especially in today's short attention span culture. Nolan did it masterfully by weaving the various threads throughout. One example, is when we see Niels Bohr (played by Kenneth Branagh) makes a surprise appearance later. It's been awhile since I enjoyed a movie as much as this. Full disclosure: I've been extremely interested in this topic for decades so I'm definitely biased to the subject manner. Still, I think it's a great film and definitely worth watching.
  10. If @namisgr isn't going to purchase Steranko Noir, I will. Just don't sell it to that Tupenny fellow, he has a voracious appetite for all things cool.
  11. This was an incredible grab! Nice work, sir!
  12. George Gross is one of the most underappreciated artistic talents, IMO. And that is one heck of a cover! Beautiful copy, SA!
  13. There's only a few books left so I'm going to close this thread down and send out invoices. Thanks to everyone for looking/purchases!
  14. I want to move these guys along to good homes. Let's do 20% off the remaining books.
