  1. Yes, you do. That cover was reused (artwork flipped) for a cover of Detective World a few years later. One of the only detective/crime covers I know of that was reused (unlike sleaze digests and men's magazines where there are dozens and dozens of reused covers).
  2. Nice grab, that's an incredibly tough book with some iconic cover art and content!
  3. And that's all the consolidation books. I'll be back in the morning with a few more to add. Feel free to PM with any questions or reasonable offers. Thanks for looking, guys!
  4. Vampirella (French) 8, 9.0. An exceptional copy with just a few misc. dents but otherwise, looks like it's pretty much new. Gorgeous cover by Enric, previously used on Vampirella 17 in the United States. $70
  5. Savage Tales 5, 9.2-9.4. Looks and feels like the day it was printed. Has a very subtle rippling at the top edge but otherwise, a very high grade copy. Classic Boris crucifixion cover and a wonderfully illustrated tale by John Buscema inside! $80
  6. Falling In Love 121, VG. What's this doing in here? A comic book?? Yes, but it's not just any comic book. One of my all time favorite romance covers. Psychedelic cover meets mod squad. $25 Sold to Toz
  7. Real Men, August 1964, VG/F. Clean, solid, copy of this classic cover composition. There's an article on marital arrangements that may not be good advice. Also, a discussion of nympho housewives. $20
  8. Real, June 1962, VG+. Typical wear associated with the grade on this beautiful cover by George Gross. Apparently, Machine Gun Kelly liked his women a certain way. $30
  9. Real Men, June 1968, FN-. Another pretty, bright copy but has a very light crease on the front and a few small tears on the back. Glossy and white, otherwise. Personally, I'm confused by the story about a squad of prostitutes, sounds impossible. $20
  10. Real Men, October 1962, VG/F. This copy is very fresh and glossy but has a spine split at the bottom of the spine. Otherwise, a pretty copy of a classic decapitated head trophy cover (reprinted later on other titles). $50
  11. Man's Daring, Vol. 1 No. 1, June 1959, VG/F. Structurally it's probably a Fine with just a small amount of staple rust but has the eye appeal of a VG/F so that's my grade on it. First issue in a long running title with some of the more bizarre covers. Gorgeous cover by the master Clarence Doore. $30
  12. Ballantine 24230, Leigh Brackett, The Hounds of Skaith, 1974, AF (unread). Nice wraparound illustration by Steranko. This copy looks pretty fresh with only a small amount of edge wear. $15 Sold to Kramerica
  13. Brandon House 965, Marcia Marcoux, Velvet Seduction, 1966, VG. A very solid mid-grade copy (due to minor moisture stains). This cover by Fred Fixler is one of his best in my opinion. My scanner was incredibly cruel to this book as it looks much better in hand. Tough to find this book in any condition. $140
  14. Belmont B60-1086, Alan Joseph, Logan, 1970, VG/F. Fresh and clean copy with a small moisture stain, lower left front cover. Otherwise, a tough title. I always wondered if Roy Thomas or Len Wein had read this book before they created Wolverine. $20
  15. Beacon B734X, Jason Morgan, The Bored Young Wives, 1964, VG-. A mid-grade copy (due to some water spotting and minor wear) of one of the later Beacon books. Nice cover illustration (identity unknown). $10
  16. Lancer 74-963, Robert E. Howard and L. Sprague De Camp, Conan the Freebooter, 1968, Almost NF. Solid copy with a great cover illustration by John Duillo. This is the first Lancer printing. $10
  17. Bantam 945, Hal Ellson, Tomboy, 1951, VG. Solid copy with general wear but no major issues. Hal Ellson was a prolific writer of JD fiction in the 50s (not to be confused with Harlan Ellison, which I did for years). Wonderful cover by Robert Maguire. Look at her smoke that cigarette with such bitterness! $20
  18. Ace D-433 (Double), Jack Bradley/Talmage Powell, If Hate Could Kill/The Smasher, 1960, VG/F. Very tight and bright copy with a very light opening crease on the spine but otherwise very fresh looking. Ace Doubles are tough to find this nice. $20
  19. Signet 1335, Robert Switzer, The Living Idol, 1956, VG++. A little general wear and creasing on the front (as shown), the back is pretty clean otherwise. Gorgeous cover by Robert Maguire. Free to the first buyer. Goes to DocHoppus182
  20. Kozy Book 185, Nicky Weaver, Love Blood & Tears, 1962, NF- (unread). Another overall pretty copy with bright colors and freshness but some very minor general wear. I've searched and searched but can't find who did the art for these covers. It's well done work, all the same. $20
