California Comic Convention ( CalComicCon) 2018

Hey Terry I have always liked the man you are and your love for comics since 1998.. In 1998 I offered you 11k on a Superman 1 that had 12k on it or something close and you said and that was firm. I was on my way to your show when the X wife called and said the 2008 Toyota highlander had oil all over the ground. I stopped buy and saw the oil cooler line broke so I had to give up my car to have her car towed to my shop. I was still 40% go and 60% no and thought that prices on the golden age book"s I love have been priced 25% over fair retail and was not worth going. With the thought that there was NO oil on my x's dipstick and the hope that there was a least some oil still there I never made it sorry. I see that shortboxed was all over like a bad rash I first saw him at Berkley last week shortboxed. I will make your show next year since I see you have more-fun 14 and I wanted a copy.- 151 replies

It may be chewed up but its going to look great on my wall Plus I had a significant amount of credit with clink for 250 Modern slabs I paid nothing for. So cash out of my pocket is relatively minimal. But I agree, I thought i was going to win under 10K Great book in any shape.....................................................

But the biggest deal is a previously unseen Superman story by his original creators, Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster. The story is called "Too Many Heroes" and while details on it remain scarce, it must date from the 1940s. http://www.denofgeek.com/us/books-comics/superman/270435/lost-superman-story-from-original-creators-surfaces

don't think that's the one it is a little off as it looks like Donald has his real hat on below and there is a space from hat to lettering -
