  1. Latest purchase Thanks jterp5! Vol 1 is now complete!
  2. Was this it? http://www.amazon.com/TEENAGE-MUTANT-TURTLES-Sealed-RICHARD/dp/B007AKBSVI
  3. TMNT vol 4 #32 on sale now: http://www.miragelicensing.com/paypal/mirage04.html#vol4new
  4. TMNT vol 4 #32 is not available on the Mirage site. I thought it was suppose to be on sale today. Am I missing something?
  5. Yes! Everything about it says "buy me again! "
  6. I think the signatures were on the case not the book itself.
  7. WOW!!! Did you see the hack encapsulation job done to that TMNT?! That thing has more waves than the ocean. That said, the price is staggering considering WHO slabbed it, how it's signed on the outside of the slab....and the overall condition of the comic. I know it looked like . I heard PGX was garbage anyway.
  8. I feel the same way. Before my purchase I checked the comic price guide and $2200 was what they valued a slabbed 7.5. I felt comfortable so I didn't mind shelling out the cash. This was before they increased the value on their site. I figure I will always get back what I paid if I decide to sell.
  9. TMNT #1 first print PGX 7.5 sold for $4000. http://www.ebay.com/itm/221435877977?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 Glad I got mine when I did. Do you guys think these prices will drop when the movie craze dies down? I bought my CGC 7.5 for $2200 back in Dec, this is insane.
  10. How do I get one of those? It will be available for purchase on Mirage's site on May 18. It's limited to a print run of 1,000. Also, Peter Laird just posted it for free digitally on his blog: http://peterlairdstmntblog.blogspot.com/2014/05/tmnt-volume-4-32-digital-edition.html Great! Thank you!
  11. A little over 700 total (nothing impressive) Star Wars 1977 Marvel full run of first prints TMNT vol 1 and 2 full runs to include errors and variants minus #3 NYCC variant Walking Dead full run of first prints Long box full of Dark Horse books (Terminator, Aliens, Predator, Mask, 300) I also like to collect mini series (Punisher, Wolverine, Dark Knight Returns, etc) All of these are raw with the exception of TMNT #1 first print, that is CGCed.
  12. Picked this up in Feb on Ebay. Paid $152.50 Is there still a chance off picking up an 8.0 or better #3 NYCC variant for a decent price (under $500) anymore? It is the only one I need to complete vol 1.
  13. Awesome book, congrats! Welcome aboard.
  14. I was thinking of getting them slabbed at the Philly Comic Con this year.
  15. It all really depends on issues #1 and #2. If those two grade at a 9.8, 3-100 can be garbage and you'll still easily make out. I've bought and sold a few larger runs of at least 1-48, and how good of a deal it is is pretty dependent on just those two books graded. Here are some pics of 1 and 2: All issues were this condition or better.
  16. I purchased WD1-100 first prints and the Retailer Appreciation variant back in October for 3k. In your guys opinion was this a good price or did I over pay. Each issue is 9.4 or better.
  17. Post some crisp clean photos of what your talking about. Thanks!!! first photo is of a 1st print #2 next is of a 2nd print #2 this is the white corner im speaking of. Wanted to see if this holds up with other copies Mine are the same, first print has the corner second print does not.
