  1. I'm talking to John christopher by email and all going well i'll get a couple of bobba fetts for myself over to the UK.....saves me bothering with ebay thank god
  2. Well I didn't win that one, but I've managed to get my hands on another one so I'll be in the club soon will be raw but will be grading it asap and then staying in my collection
  3. well i get it (as i'm current highest bidder)
  4. I think it's wrong as well.... but this and East of west are the two moderns I've promised myself I'd stick till they finish
  5. I really hope it isnt the case.......but if it is the Sketch ops will be number 1's
  6. East of West 17 $3.50 Image 23,482 Its nice to see this book still staying high with readers especially being at issue number 17 shows how good it really is oh and completely agree with more people needing to get the enormous Trade, missing a treat with that book
  7. Congrats, and well I might be interested if you keep us in mind
  8. Was going to grab this but then saw the $90 global shipping program charge to get it here to the UK....
  9. ok didn't realise this issue had its own thread...... my raw copy which one day i will get graded but still like to look at it from time to time
  10. Definitely add me to the keep it as 7, 8, 9 etc group, the story your trying to tell obviously is done in arcs but doesn't need a new no1 each time its shooting yourself in the foot. me thinks Edit: If your being "encouraged" then maybe add part 2 or chapter 2 as suggested above but the numbering keep as is.
  11. The sketch op cost more than that; nothing wrong with spending hard earned cash on something you'll enjoy. Exactly i'm in for a sketch op, but i dont have a NYCC (i think its the only no #1 one i dont own) and i think i'll get one, one day but right now the sketch one for me means way more its going to be unique....just my way of thinking i guess
  12. Thought you guys might appreciate this, been meaning to hang these for some time but having a 3 year old doesn't allow as much time as i hoped but this weekend i finally managed to do it
  13. Yeah of course, will do (I think it's a 9.8 )
  14. +1 Sent mine off or grading and it's on it's way back.
  15. See now what I find funny is he used the term RRP yet unlike east of west #1 which is a RRP as it was given out i think. And interesting neither of those linked today says second print in the text....
  16. Yeah i was going to say this guy has a history of over pricing shall we say..... but wasn't sure if there on here and didnt want to come across harsh
  17. You got the last steal on ebay. Write it down. Fingers crossed that nothing shady happens though hasn't shipped yet. I hope they do as you deserve it as you have been great with the 2 of these slabbed you sent to me even as this news broke
  18. I love the A set especially 1-4 they look like a set in there own right going to hang them up on my wall and have the phantom at either end (sent two off for grading)
  19. I can't wait for them/mine and I don't think they will remain left for long
  20. Thing is the NYCC might become the one to have, to me it being a second print doesn't make sense but as we all know this hobby doesn't make sense at times . but don't forget there is only a 100 odd and I get a feeling most will stay with people's collections (unless they become ridiculous prices). So if this TV series takes off the small 5k print run of the 1st prints will still be sort after so i don't think anyone will lose out. Oh and I just saw the graded nycc #1 that was on eBay this morning has sold for $299 so that obviously points to someone thinking it will be
  21. But you can't have two different second prints- one of them should be a 3rd! Yeah I agree...just the fact it's put on the cgc case as second print will most likely make people skip it but hey then again it might not
  22. Well the fact the NYCC one has it on its indicia that it's a second print kind of points to it being one surely?
