  1. Wasn't this about $100+ when it came out? Bunker #1 Comics Pro
  2. Yes. Those ashcans from the 80's are hard. Zot, moebius, flaming carrot, grips, yummy fur, etc.. are other examples. Yummy Fur? Okie dokie...
  3. Is this hard to find, worth the price of the sale? Gore Shriek 6 1/2 $77
  4. Vengeance #1 Variant is a $75+ book. Character has been around. Just because a solo series is starting is a little ridiculous to pay that much. IMO. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=vengeance+1+variant&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR1.TRC0.A0.H0.Xvengeance+1+variant+-moon.TRS0&_nkw=vengeance+1+variant+-moon&_sacat=0
  5. Why is Omega Red heating up now? Speculation he could show up in the new Wolverine movie.
  6. Given that most of the actors on Walking Dead have never done anything significant prior to this show, not having another show lined up is no surprise for most of them. Everyone should be under contract for WD. If not, then they are likely killed off by Negan as they doing something else now. I'm confused. Are you saying you're only allowed to do one show or movie at a time? No, what I meant is that if one of the people kneeling before Negan no longer has a contract for TWD then they will likely be the one that is killed off. If they have a contract they should be allowed to do other stuff as well (if their agent is worth anything). However, no contract at all likely means they are toast. Right, but this isn't public knowledge, correct? I would think there would be a damages clause in their contract if it leaked. It's like any of those reality shows. The people on the show know the outcome before the first episode airs usually. But if they leak it they get fined.
  7. Seems hard to believe. Funny, you can still get some on the bay for even less than they were charging.
  8. Seems reasonable. He has been a major player for a while now and just getting started on the show. Walking Dead 92 $5,4000
  9. Also, not sure why you guys think the prices are mile high.
  10. I think we have two kinds of people commenting on here about Mile High. I personally would only buy from them to resell. Most who seem to be having problems are buying for their personal collection. If I'm going to drop down a good chunk of money on something for the PC I want to be able to see it in person.
  11. Are there any "businessmen / businesswomen" on here that make "... their entire living " based on the comments posted here? I recently received an out of the U.S. investor, by email, who would like to invest in your fine business model.
  12. Movie getting made? Not good chances. Getting optioned, ok.
  13. With the 1:100 and other incentive variants, I think there will be plenty to go around. Do we know what the print run is on this? Is the NYCC sketch the most rare at 400? Won't know the distribution for a month. But yes, I would assume that to be the least printed. Hard to believe there are only 400 out there. How will you know the print run on the 1:100? Right, I assumed the will print more than 400 of the 1:100, which could entirely not be true. We will never know, even once the numbers are released.

  15. I just had an issue with an order this week. I documented the condition with photos, told them why the issue happened (poor packaging) and politely asked how they would like to resolve the issue. They responded in four days. I honeslty don't expect anyone to respond within 12 hours. Four days is a little longer than I would like, but it's better than other times with them. They offered three ways to resolve the issue. All of which were acceptable, or even more than acceptable, including a full refund.
  16. Even with the added shipping charge, *if* the books arrive in stated condition, it's a decent price. Not a steal, but not highway robbery either. However, based on this transaction, I will not do business with them again. I tried them out and learned my lesson. Perhaps others can learn from my mistake, too. Icing on the cake update: Received my order today; instead of sending me the comic pictured on the site at the time of purchase (and priced accordingly), I now have the less valuable alternate cover. #neveragain I would email them and see if they will exchange out.... I on the other hand would cut my losses and run. Must be nice....
  17. I would assume Bat in the Sun has their views / clicks setup to be monetized by YouTube.
  18. Does that trigger something with the story? Not with the Old Man Logan story, just correlating to a possible demise. That smelting plant doesn't look even remotely operational. Probably picked for the post apocalyptic look. But what about the secret underground smelting plant? That's where Omega Red lives!
  19. Thanks for being upfront about things. Are you doing slabs of the "secret" variant? That would put them down to about 350 left, 250 from your store. How do you plan to replace copies of the secret variant that may be damaged? Do you have extras printed?
  20. Same as the others. That's about the smallest you can go with Marvel. Thanks for the reply, but I noticed Midtown & TFAW never offered it. It was available at DCBS at a premium. I had 25 copies ordered until they can canceled all but one. I apologize, thought you were referring to a store variant. Based on the DCBS price I would say it's either a 1:10 or 1:15.
