    I totally agree, and I offer returns no questions asked. I think some sellers might not regularly check the rules (since they're confident they know the rules and have been selling for a while) so I don't think it's a thread poofing offense. But, it's really just a transition phase that should work itself out over time.

    Or, perhaps, the additional rule is unnecessary when a default is in place, especially when the rules permit one's return policy to be no returns.

    The stated return policy seems to be tripping people up. Would it make sense to have the default be NO Returns and then let sellers opt out?

    None of this appears PL worthy to me; however, when it takes a nomination or the threat of a nomination to spur action, it's an automatic personal list addition. Not a character judgment, mind you, rather it's a just a way to mitigate hassles.

    Not sure, but under your scenario I have most definitely breached and for that you have whatever remedies are available per the terms of our contract.

    Correct. Existing funds or tied Bank Account = zero fees all around. My point was just that saying its a scam to use friends and family for goods is not 100% accurate.

    If buyer/friend funds the PP Personal payment w/a credit card, they pay a fee. Just sayin, your black and white rule has some gray.

    Echo what Andy said. I buy whatever is available at the price point that I've set. I try and stay b/w VG and FN and buy in bulk.

    You must ship to a confirmed address for seller protection. Not necessarily a scam, but if the alternate address is not confirmed, that raises a red flag.
