  1. When did you take the photos of the book and why did you subsequently remove them from the thread? Trust me you wouldn’t be the first seller to realize that you may have underpriced, me included, the difference is majority of folks here will take that short term bullet to maintain in good standing. Integrity is everything brother.
  2. You are correct on the May start for NJ. Made a fairly large comic purchase and the seperate eBay charge for the tax I saw run through my PP account surprised me. I didn't notice the ST on comic purchases for prior months this year.
  3. Very easy for the current owner to transfer if they have the book in their possession even if it is being declined by a previous owner (that’s just a Richard move btw). @ADAMANTIUM laid it out earlier and provided the email of who can help. Will need some photo verification with dated info in s pic. Just had this happen to one of my books and CGC was quick to address. As to the OP’s question no I would not refund at all just provide the info on how they can complete the transfer.
  4. Truth be told sage advice even for some of the adults around here....
  5. I also remember Chris @comix4fun used to do good detective work on this thing back in the day.
  6. I remember Swagacorn as well. He was outed with a pic of him wearing his green lantern pj’s if I remember correctly. Smh...
  7. Well at 16 he meets the height requirement to ride the roller coaster, now. Verification and enforcement is another story. Based on the date he joined 6/2017 looks like he violated the TOU. We’ve had younger kids sneak in before as most are aware. They usually get flushed out eventually.
  8. It’s good you are making it right. Communication is key, just remember that in the future. Going dark and ignoring messages is never the way to go. If you needed more time to pay just ask and most people are ok giving some leeway.
  9. Offered up some solid GA books in his sales thread. Bought a cool War Fury 1 from Dylan. Good communication quickly shipped and well packed. Looking forward to another one of his sales threads.
  10. Oh that’s cool, was wondering why I only saw the 1 ridiculous test post I made 2 years ago!
  11. Not unseen but a place to test... https://www.cgccomics.com/boards/forum/11-testing-1-2-3/
  12. If they missed a payment or short payed you while continuing to buy would you bail on the deal?
  13. Yes, agree, which makes the behavior even more egregious when you miss a payment and see the person continuing to straight buy on the boards. If they are spending on new books then they should have the $$ to meet previous obligations. The question posed another way, Is it ok for someone to make time payments on a book (even if on time) and still buy other books on the boards while that transaction is still open? I know I’ve seen in Dale R sales threads something along the lines of if you ask for payment don’t be snatching up other books until you wrap up his deal.
  14. How do you feel about boardies who ask for time payments, miss payment schedule while still buying with straight up on the boards? I personally think it’s disingenuous to be doing stuff like that but curious what others here think.
  15. Getting tired of seeing deadbeats on the boards. Let’s see if @Tristan Esteph has some plausible explanation for treating you like a chump. Think your write-up is more than enough to have him added.
  16. Going to be unloading some really nice books. 7 day auction. All ages mostly CGC with a couple of GA raw lots. Several key books and some rare HTF books. Here’s a link to the items (will start at 11pm est) https://www.ebay.com/sch/musteatbrains666/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from= A preview...
  17. That's what I do. I drink and I know things... Tyrion L
  18. Thanks. I wasn’t aware they hired him. I know some of the back story so assume HA does as well? Sad tale indeed....
  19. Thanks for the info, very helpful. It’s been a few days but will give a couple more prior to reaching out. Thanks!
