Anyone know of a fully compiled list of the classic GA covers? Ideally it would include all GA "classics" (bondage, skull, sci-fi, horror, etc.) that CGC and/or Overstreet has assigned.
-
Thanks AJD! Took a bit of hunting, but I tracked down a picture of the list in the EC addict thread. So apparently there are 12 Gaines copies. After quite a bit of picture hunting I've only turned up the few that I mentioned in the first post. So who's sitting on a pile of ungraded copies of this book?
-
Is there any information out there on why so few Gaines copies exist (or at least have been graded) on this book? Both of the 9.0 copies and at least one of the 9.6 copies appear to be Gaines. *cough* if you own the above book, I'm very, very interested *cough*

Someone ran me up in the last 10 seconds (I would have paid $10k more than I did), but I FINALLY got a nice copy of one of my favorite covers. I'm over the moon -

+1 on the prices. Is it just me or does Clink seem to have a really strong horror following? I like a lot of the stuff they get, but my price limits can't keep up on a lot of it. I've got my sights set on a few over the next couple nights. Fingers crossed. I did land this beauty at what I thought was a great price. I never see it in high grade. The 25 & 26 have been tucked into my collection, but most of the others in the run don't do it for me. It was a bit of an impulse buy: -
I was about to do a price reduction and realized I had more work on my hands than time to complete it. In hindsight, I listed too many books (and there's more to list) in a single thread. Back to the drawing board! I've decided to stop posting new to this thread, but am willing to accept offers on all books listed (if they're still available). I've had many PMs related to "what's coming next". Although I don't have scans of everything, I don't mind sharing the list of what I was going to put up in here: http://comics.gocollect.com/shared-list/61825?layout=details NOTE: Most of those are just stock pictures, not the actual books. But you can at least see grade details and cert # links. Best, Jeff

Phew - I'm a little tired. Going to stop posting for now. Given all the PMs, I'm a little hesitant to say too much about what else I'll be posting, but a little teaser... I wouldn't get too excited if you're looking for the "big" books, but I'll trickle in some Phantom Lady, Champ Comics, Flash Comics, Exciting Comics, a run of Green Mask and a lot of one-off stragglers. Thanks everyone - PMs hit my email and are the best way to get in touch over the next couple days. I'll also try to check in on the thread every handful of hours or so.

Catman #1 9.0 OW/W - $22,000 35 graded. Only 2 higher. Verify: http://comics.gocollect.com/cgc-lookup?cert=1096837001 This is the book that got me interested in the Catman run. After chasing the run for the past year+, it's become very clear that I got the best copy first. It's been heartache since then trying to find high grade copies. It's really tough to let this run go, but I've decided to move on. Yea, yea, call me a quitter - I feel like it!

Catman scans are done. Prices coming soon. Preview here: http://comics.gocollect.com/shared-list/61827?layout=sale About my pricing... Yes, I realize some may consider it high in areas. I am willing to entertain offers. This is my first time selling my "good stuff" so forgive me for trying to hold on a little too tight A little time is likely to weaken my grip a bit.
