    I think18k for the nicer 1.5 is retail. You have to be ok with brittle pages though. That book went from OO to Greg Reece to me as them to the seller. It’s a nice looking book for a 1.5.

    Finally read it. Oh boy. Bats seems to have one the way of Adam Scott when they introduced Doiiby ( ie jumped the shark ) It was hard to finish. Let alone that small print ain’t easy on the eyes.     I’m going to assume that the Bat pages that sold on Comic Connect for 10kish were an outlier. Hard to tell as the CC pages were the first to come public auction that I remember in the last decade. I do think CC was not the best venue for these grail pages and I think Heritage is the right place for these 👍🏻

    this is only the 4th batch of pages I’ve ever seen sold separately ( private and public ). Nicest of the 4 that I can remember. Really curious as to the backstory as they appear to be from the same book.

    The CC pages went between 10-11k. Not as nice as these and I thought they went way cheap. I’m thinking these pages are worth 15-20k a piece. With the new Action 1 page 5 record it certainly wouldn’t surprise me if 1 of these went for more than 20. Not a bad page out if the three content wise. All winners ( page 2 being my personal favorite ).

    Touché 😊. To wrap it up it looks like a boardie with a coverless complete Tec 27 with nice eye appeal and decent page quality was offered for a bostdie’s 6.5 AF 15 (which I assume has no marvel chipping ) and it looks to be a straight up trade at 100 k. 👍🏻

    Yet again Trimming is NOT Restoration. You r not returning things to their original form—- you are taking paper away. Voldy IMO has it correct I’m sure people wud see it as a money grab or it would feasibly a liability but I wish CGC wud trade our PLOD for blue when trimming is the only piece of “ restoration “.
