    Thanks.

I am looking for a coverless GA Superman 12 (one with white patriotic cover) and coverless Four Color 178 (Bear Mtn. Uncle Scrooge). Was told FC 178 is quite common as the print run was huge on Disney ducks ....

The pen marks really bug me, and although I could spend the time and money to buy a replacement copy, I'd like to see whether there are alternatives I could try to just get rid of them or hide them and make the cover less ugly. so it has most likely seeped into the paper already.

Hello fellow Canadian Collectors.  I'm sure I'm not alone in wishing CGC would come back to the Calgary Expo.  Shipping our books to Florida is a pain and expensive.

Fellow Canadians, please "sign" this petition/comment.  I'm hoping we can get their attention.

Both CGC and HA.com will be at a 2.5 day Langley (BC) Sports and Collectibles, card Bossa Event (not a Fan Expo Vancouver) next weekend for the first time in BC, Canada. CGC will be accepting comics, sports/non-sports/Pokemon cards to take back for slabbing in FL, USA.

Stay home and stream a very well written /directed BJ Novak Apple tv series 'Lessons in Chemistry' starring Brie Larson instead. Still has 1950s female empowerment but good directing, family script, and acting by Brie.

  5. Just surprised DC did not reprint this Vertigo 8 issue 'Bodies' mini-series into a recent trade paperback so admirers of the TV series could read the source material. Excellent TV series that diverts from the 3 issues of the mini I was able to find locally.

What about OLD Skool New Bag Technology? Before Slabbing we pressed in the bathroom for moisture and then placed the fresher comic in a fresh Robert Bell Bag and Board!!!!!!! I would grade the comic as well............

Who needs bags, boards circa 1965? Keeping all comics and hot BLB's raw with Burt Blum of Cherokee Bookshop, CA, USA. Pic courtesy of Bob Beerbohm's fb pg:

Unlike today where prices on the Blackhawk comic books would have shot up like a rocket with all the related movie hype before fizzling after its release, ny bet is that the Blackhawk movie serial release back in 1952 didn't even move the needle at all on the Blackhawk comics back then.  hm

So your sage advice is for me to spec on Congo Bill Action Comics hot comic cover appearances b4 the next DCEU movie hype phase? He is like the Phantom or Tarzan only without the loin cloth.
