  1. This is the cover to Blondie and Dagwood Family #1. For whatever reason, I can't seem to locate the comic book to compare the art.
  2. The Harvey covers are simplistic but I still love them. Here is the original art and file copy to Blondie #17.
  3. I think basementcomics originally was selling this book but my memory could be fading. I could also be wrong that he bid on this book but his name sticks in my mind since he usually goes for the giveaways.
  4. That appears to be the book I was eyeing. So are you paperpeddler or did you buy the book from him?
  5. America Menaced is a really tough book to locate. I am still kicking myself for letting paperpeddler win the 9.6 copy that was sold last year.
  6. I have been acquiring the anti-Communist books since the mid-eighties. My biggest accomplishment was getting all five variations of the Red Iceberg - all CGC graded (5 of the 6 certified copies). With time, you should not have a problem locating the Impact Press variant as they are out there.
  7. Great books Silver. I don't have those copies yet but they are on my list.
  8. One of my Ebay searches is for the Red Iceberg. My search notes that the last posting was 5 October 2003. Of course, there may have been other copies since then but I only search by Title.
  9. I love that particular book. There may have been millions printed but you seldom see them in 9.0 or higher. Your book is a keeper. Below, you will find good information regarding this subject matter. Anti-Communist Link
  10. This may not be my newest pedigree but I thought I would post it anyway. I was always fond of Plastic Man.
  11. I bought this Pennsylvania pedigree All-Select #1 in the 1980s. Certification statement was provided by Steve Geppi and John Snyder. Since I am overseas, the book is in storage so I only have the scan in my files. Due to the size, I loaded it to photobucket.com for viewing. Based on the scan, can you make an educated guess how it would rank against the other All-Select #1s? Since I never open my books, this book was scanned through the mylar so the tape on the bottom is actually holding the mylar to a manila backing board. http://img78.photobucket.com/albums/v295/marksarah1/Comics/?action=view&current=select1.jpg
