Looks great but I am afraid of the type of binding on such a big book: Is the binding sewn or glued?

I just went to order a copy and saw they also have an Avengers coming out. I ordered both.
Yup saw that the Avengers collection was up for pre-order. I’m thinking I may wait for a sale, just like they did for the Amazing Spider-Man collection.
This book is the probably the best looking “collection book” I’ve seen. I’m in the bag for the rest - Avengers, Captain America, and Fantastic Four.
Would love to see more ASM volumes too.

It certainly is a beautiful production. Congrats on getting it. Is your copy numbered?
Nope mine isn’t numbered, but got it on sale. The first 5k were numbered. One of the YouTube reviews mentioned that the numbered placard is basically a sticker on the front fold pages - but someone with a numbered edition would be able to confirm or deny that.
It’s on sale at Amazon right now. I was able to purchase mine with an additional Amazon coupon by checking a box. Got it for $148 pretax. Original retail was $200.

Bummer that the show was cancelled. Based on the Jeff Smith's response comic on Twitter are we to assume that any future TV/movie adaption is now off the table?? Would that have any effect on the price of books? For me a long time fan, with a recently rediscovered short box of books during the original run, would like to see a drop in prices so I can fill the holes in my run and maybe score a coveted 1st print number 1.

Just received. Pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful book.
The covers of each comic are gloss and the pages are a non-wood pulp mix that simulates the paper texture of the time. It even includes the ads and letters from the time of original publication.
The book is huuuuge. I thought my All Star Superman Absolute Edition was big but it’s dwarfed by this book.
The super annoying thing is the “collector’s” shipping box has the shipping label slapped on it. Others I’ve seen were luckier regarding this.

Hi! Looking for an Invincible cover. If the price is right and the art by Ryan Ottley is interesting I’m looking to hopefully make a purchase. Preferred payment would be in crypto (but I’m flexible). Shoot me a PM. Thanks.

I was on a comic book hiatus for a bit. Now I'm back! Right now I'm reading the latest Wolverine series, Cross Over, Still Water, and just finished Hellblazer Rise and Fall.
Kubert is killing it with this Wolverine book, I'm currently on issue 3 and loving it so far. I've been out of the X-Men game for a bit so I'm a little fuzzy on the Krakoa and immortality?? of mutants.
I've read all of the original run of Hellblazer back in the day and now Hellblazer Rise and Fall. I'm a big fan of John Constantine. I missed all of his other modern runs, any recommendations??
I'm aware of Dept of Truth so I'll get to that one, but honestly not digging the art style.
Any other recommendations?

There really are not that many if you take away #1. #2 does pretty well and the first 20 issues are ok sellers but in general only #1 would be called a key book. I did a quick search of issues that have sold this week and I'm actually shocked how few Invincible books have sold (pretty much only a dozen or so sold).
Hey thanks for the insight. Do you have any guess as to why so few transactions have occurred? Is it likely a drop in interest/popularity since the series ended?

Hi! Is there a list of key issues for Robert Kirkman's Invincible book? If so can you point me in the right direction? Can't seem to find anything decent via google. Thanks!

Hey everybody I have for sale 3 Invincible Pages. The comic art fan links are below. Room to negotiate on price!

A page of original art by Ryan Ottley from Invincible issue 15 page 11. This was the period in his career when he signed his work Wya.
This is a very cinematic page from an early issue featuring Invincible, Aquaria (possibly 2nd appearance), and this very page is the 1st appearance of Lethan. Of note, it is personalized but outside the art margins, so easy concealed once framed.https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1548605

Judge Dredd Advice?
Hey everybody
I just re-watched Dredd with Karl Urban and was reminded how great this movie is. I remember seeing it during its theatrical release years ago and loving it. Shame it didn’t get the love it deserved. So wish they would do a follow-up, but from what I've read that's super unlikely.
I’ve never read any of the Judge Dredd comics. Any recommendations on where I should start?
Thanks!

@Tokay Dude that's awesome. Congrats. Huge Chris Ware fan here.

Honestly, get a high quality copy made, frame that and keep the original in a portfolio. Light kills inks, and your white page will tan if you don't do all the expensive stuff. Also, Never put art on an exterior wall if you live in shifting climates. The change temp could worpe the page or cause moisture damage. It's your piece, but putting an original out is a risk imo.
Dumb question...when you say high quality copy you mean a Scan/Photocopy, not a recreation. Where could I go and get a high quality photocopy of my art, Kinkos?
