Just sent these in to get signed Lobo- Simon Bisley X-Men- J. Scott Campbell I got both of these at a claim sale for pretty cheap. I'm still debating on becoming a full member at least for a year to get a few books graded I know I can get them graded from CBCS but I'll take a hit when I want to sell them.

All these Mcfarlanes look nice makes me wish I sent in my Chad Bosman spawn guess I'll wait for the next one,

Thanks for the heads up. I think I'm done with CGC books this year....unless they have a signing that I definitely want. I did get my books back from CBCS I got pretty good grades except on my NYCC X-Red #7 this book was 9.8 when I sent it and got a 9.6 for a indent on the top of the book that you can't even see....I'll edit this when I get home and adInsert existing attachmentd a pic of it.

No problem. Now if someone can tell me why they are doing prepaid FedEx labels to send to signings instead of letting me just going through mail which is cheaper and easier for me to do. Unless it's just certain signings?

When I got mine done they charged my cc for the pressing first then later for everything else.

You can give customer service a call and see if they can fix the issue I hope others who would have better knowledge than I would chime in on this I'm kinda knew to the grading scene I only have done 2 SS through CGC and one regular submission through CBCS. Nice grade bump tho.

They had my Hama book for 2 1/2 months with no press I know he did the signing at NYCC on 10/5/22 that is probably the hold up.

My Larry Hama book is being shipped it got a 6.5 white pages it was a rough book and I didn't get it pressed. I actually got graders notes. Graders notes light spine stress lines to cover light tears to cover moderate creasing to cover

Update on my Larry Hama it is now in GEI and I sent some books to CBCS and were received today I should get those back in 2 weeks or so as they are express. G.I. Here it is in all it's glory not sure why it got a 9.4 I did have them press it and of course no graders notes why do the QR code and not have notes? Fun fact about this book I found it at a local 7 11 coming back from a local comic shop/video store this book has followed me everywhere I moved since I got it also I never changed the bag and board since 1993.

Of course my Jim Lee gets delivered today as I'm on my way to work...pics soon

My Lee is in transit and my Larry Hama is still in limbo till he does the signing which is TBD. I'll probably send one book for the McFarlane signing Spawn #311 Chadwick cover

I am not sure I do know the deadline for books was August 12 and my book was received August 10th and has been sitting in SFG since August 17th.

Ouch that sucks,what's weird is I sent my Hama book a week or so after my Jim Lee book and it hasn't moved since. As long as I get it and it's the right book I'm ok with it taking it's time.

I know the feeling my Larry Hama book has been in SFG for almost a month not sure what is going on,I guess I'll call them tomorrow.

I was thinking of sending in my Spawn #311 chadwick boseman cover to get signed

My Jim Lee submission moved to GEI today Still no movement from my Larry Hama it's still SFG for almost a month (with no pressing)

Back in the mid 90's I was helping a buddy out by watching/run his comic shop while he went to a con to get some books for the shop and before they left they told that Fabian Nicieza would be doing a signing so I told them "Since I'm doing you guys a favor get a book signed by Nicieza for me." They said sure. so the day drags out and on but as I'm closing the shop they pull up with their haul which wasn't much so after sorting through all the books they go here is your book. I look at it it's X-Men #34 and it was personalized with the following " To Chris nothing special for you. You're friends don't like you. Fabian Nicieza. I just started laughing. So fast forward to 2019 NYCC is coming around and I got tix for Sunday my first real Con since they started calling it NYCC so leading up to it I see that Fabian Nicieza is going to be there and I tweet him a pic of my book he tweets back saying that it's a fake cause he knows how to use your and you're correctly. So now I'm worried that it is a fake and my friends pulled a fast one on me 30 years ago. So It's the day of the con and it's my time so I show him the pic and he starts laughing and apologizes for the typeo and signs my other copy of X-men #34 "To Chris You're fixed now.... Fabian Nicieza and got my pic taken with him as well.

My Jim Lee says scheduled for grading but was also had a pressing attached as well. And the just announced that Jim will be at NYCC and their is a CGC price tier
