There was a full set on eBay not a month ago, unless it was this one. That makes 3 full sets right there. I think I've seen at least one more, but would have to do some cache checking.

PSI made a claim that there where pics of a third set out there... And there weren't... Just two documented sets the one I sold to BC and that very nice lady who first put them out there... So $100 to whoever shows me pics of the "mysterious third set"... Hayden did so because he came out the wood works... He owned the set... I messaged him to arrange payment he declined... I might add I got 3 solid offers for my set which Hayden can reiterate is very daunting to put together... another boardie here offered me $2800 for my set all blacks include the whole 12... Considering the coin I had to put together and the time and effort I felt that was ridiculous...

$100 to the person who provided the pic of a graded set and since there wasn't one documented Hayden provided that pic bc it was his set... I offered he said no... technically he qualified...

I messaged him he said it wasn't necessary... Least I got the ball rolling for the other set...

I'm pretty sure that's it as far as ashcan sets....

But anyhow the reason I got riled up in the first place to make a claim of 5 or 6 graded sets is unfounded... With there being 3 graded of multiple ashcans on the census...

Decided not to get into the 1/2 prototypes...

Per census there are "3" total red 2s... Only complete graded sets possible are 3... BCs and the nice lady with her set here.. Have been documented...

Only feasible way is if someone has the AP 1 Black and bought the CGC 7.5 Black 3 and has a random black 2... But then they would have to find a yellow 3... Good luck with that.. $100 if you can show me pics of this 3rd set... and honestly I would like to see one and what it's comprise of being that there 3 or four graded of each black through yellows... $100 USD you say? I'll get in touch with him right now... As for the AP1, yes that is now Hayden's Hate to take your money.... Pics goes $100 PayPal of a full graded set... Will you reciprocate?!? A weeks time if not you pay $100 my way... I'd love to, however, I am currently unemployed and my petty cash is tied up for buying books from fastballspecial. I've messaged Hayden, I'll look up his email and mail him too, I'm sure he'll get back before a week. How about if I'm right, you pick up my books and if I'm wrong I'll send you something Keith related. The money will go to Hayden then... He'd have to show some pics... Since he has the AP #1 it's possible... He'd have to have that 7.5 number 3 black... And the set would have to be all graded...

One does not speak of the providence of a Maxx Graded Ashcan set unless one has owned one of the 2 documented sets known to exist...

I've posted several times in the past on here... Better to look closely at the grades and serial numbers... Most of the posts have been mine I've posted my yellows my blacks etc.. As I pieced it together... I guarantee there's not a documented third set...

I made my set mostly by not low balling... I paid the fair price and in the past four years if you've seen a maxx ashcan be listed and "mysteriously" end early it's bc I didn't waste time and got a hold of the seller for a cash offer... I put forth serious effort; spared no expense... Bravo to BCphillips119...

I started 3 years ago and so far have myself all the blue's, a red, a yellow and a black #2. Still going to take some time. This is it... And that makes "2" documented graded sets so far...

Also... Talk about stepping up to the plate! Took me 4 years to get that together and that's starting out with all blacks...

Only the second graded set I've seen... By the numbers CGC census wise don't think 5 sets is even possible

Odd I did search and that thread did not populate only the closed one, when I look at the threads you started it is there. Yeah don't understand it myself... There is indeed a handful of us that appreciate the work of Dave Sim... Just have to pop up every so often...

Pretty sure I started a thread myself sometime back... what happens is; it will fade away into the nothingness that is known as the thread search tool... I also have a 9.8 run 5-24 or something mostly Dave Sim file copies... I posted pics in that non existent thread as well..
