  1. maybe you can buy a cheap slab off of eBay (there are plenty of them) and burn it up some yourself !!!
  2. losing your slab virginity is always something you will remember !!
  3. ask him how much of a partial refund he will accept to make things good ... and if he says no,... then just refund everything and be done with him...
  4. i submitted a small batch of 1950's comics, nothing very valuable, all in the VG/Fine range i thought, and one of them , a Brave and Bold #22 came back as a CGC 8.0 !! i was stunned !!
  5. i think you knew it was too good to be true and it it ended up being that way.... can't you just refund him $15.00 and be done with it ?? !!!
  6. yeah romance comics are a big deal now .. but no self respecting 6th grade boy would have been caught dead even looking at one of those much less reading one of them.. they were for girls only can't remember how i got it but i still have a Night Nurse comic that was such drek back in the day that i almost threw it away !! and now WOW that four issue run is HOT !
  7. pretty sure the 2nd Ant man TTA #35 was more valuable than TTA #27 for a long time
  8. i can spot a comic that has been washed out by lights or the sun real easy these days and i don't like them , many times a washed out comic has the same price as a similar, bold color comic which makes no sense
  9. off topic but... i seem to remember Howard the Duck #1 being as valuable as a DD #1 back in 1976 ... i sold my Duck for a whopping $20 back then which was a small fortune for a 15 year old...
  10. mid grade comic but still worth a press and CGC grading
  11. what CGC grade do you think it will bring?
