  1. 1950's war comics

    Jerry Lewis 123

i've been going over the pictures of the run and looked at the registry ... i like obscure DC runs (like Rex Wonder Dog) and you have picked a nice one to collect in the Jerry Lewis run !!! lots of cool covers!
  2. never heard this one before and its not too bad
  3. 1950's war comics

    Jerry Lewis 123

i don't know about you but if i was collecting the run and was offered a Jerry Lewis signed comic by Jerry Lewis himself that would offset any low numerical grade , i don't know if there is any Jerry signed books ? ? Neal Adams SS series would be the same ! the signature would positively offset any lower numerical grade and would likely be even more valuable

    Lassie 20.jpg

such an innocent cover - like
  5. it has to be somewhere between 9.2 - 9.6 ..... hopefully the later....
  6. Nice key that has increased in value the last few years , your copy is a minimum VF !
  7. i wonder if they will grade Tall Boys ?? like these two i have in hand .....
  8. Led Zep's Achilles Last Stand - 10:31 minutes of sweetness !!
  9. and Sgt Rock saved his entire company one time buy using his last bullet, a Tiger tank turret was turning towards Rock and lowering its gun and Rock had only one chance... he had to time the shot of his last bullet and hit the shell at the exact moment it was leaving the Tiger tank barrel in order to blow up the tank and save everyone , fortunately for Rock and company he had perfect aim and perfect timing !!!
  10. If Sgt Rock was on the raft he would be down to his last bullet and he would see the torpedo coming and be able to shoot at it from super far distance and blow it up far enough away as to not be hurt by the blast
  11. this whole cover is just laughably wrong , the downed aviators are drawn cartoonishly and to think that the Germans would waste firing a valuable torpedo on a raft ?? i don't think a torpedo would even explode if it hit a raft ??
  12. War movies are the worst (although they are getting a bit better ) in most every war movie whenever someone fired upon a group of enemy soldiers they always fell dead , instantly dead with nobody even just wounded
