I would venture to say that the majority of board traffic has been regulated to complaints, inquiries, complaints and inquiries.
Without the complaints and inquiries we'd see a significant downturn in board traffic.
Is there a way to monitor which threads are the most prolific?
Again, yes it could be confirmation bias but I think I  am noticing much less over all discussion traffic.

Another way to do it is go the extra step and just request the $ in $US by sending a Paypal money request. Then you are sure it's going to arrive that way.

Sure, it's much more common but it's also way more popular. Scarcity is irrelevant without demand.
