This is how I suspect it'll go for you... You'll get help from our moderator to ensure that your MEs are accepted. No problemo. Now ask yourself this ... what if you weren't a member of these boards? How would you proceed? I suspect someone will chime in and say something like "Well, they could just..." Now ask yourself another question. Should a customer of CGC have to jump thru hoops so CGC can fix their screw-up?
