  1. Another is batman adventures mad love. By the way guys which Harley Quinn book

do you think will be the second most important book to collect?

Mad Love as it was her 2nd app. and first origin.

    Third place tie goes to:

3rd is Batman Adventures Annual # 1 (3rd app. Harley and 1st app. Roxy Rocket) and Harley Quinn prestige format 1 shot (1st HQ in DC continuity......... with a slight lead to BA Ann 1.

.....I think the former is a sleeper. It is also is the 1st app of Roxy Rocket and she has a growing fan base.I sell Detective 822 (Roxy's 1st app in DC continuity) out of my $10 boxes, every time I do a show.Raw 9.2 to 9.8 candidates.Every comic shop I go to,it's sold out of their regularly priced back issue bins.

CGC and CBCS's labels do not note that BA Ann 1 book is Roxy's 1st app yet so I think once they start doing so (in tandem with Harley heating up), this book is a winnah on 2 fronts.

Then Batman Adventures # 28 but I'll stop there.

What significance does BA#28 have? its not her first or second appearance. i do have one laying around that i got for a $1 at a flea market a few months ago. just thought it was another regular appearance of her.

As for Mad Love, thats my next one im getting graded.. i have a mint copy that has been sitting in my comic box from when it was first released. i'm thinking April at i'll get it graded.

  2. That is just insane...... i take it this is the hottest cover for this new upcoming series.

I can't wait to submit mine in in April when i hit that MegaCon !!! and this new listing that was just up is already sold out !

whoever ordered, did you get a ETA of when it would arrive? mine said Febuary 12th... im wondering if they really will be coming that quick.

  3.

i ended up jumping on 2 of them.. the cover is just bad .

Yep, and someone just snagged 20 of them. Yikes.

Someone is planning on going nutso with these scalping and reselling. for $13.99 each geez and now black and white cover was released?

  5. couple of questions

i've submitted a few comics last year at the Super-con in miami. i didn't have a membership, but they accepted them and they took them back to sarasota graded them and sent them back in a few months.

Now how will it work with on-site grading? if i submit a few comics on a saturday this upcoming april will i get them back that same day? also i don't need a membership to submit do i? i didn't need one last time. and yes i do plan on getting a few sigs for a few comics

  6. the fact of the matter is her first appearance in the EOSV#2 is selling like hot cakes, im sure her #1 issue of her new series will be the same as well... i don't believe she'll be having the same popularity as Harley Quinn but she will continue to rise in stardom.

Worse case scenario she goes to say 46 issues like the the original spidey 2099 and then she disappears for awhile and they bring her back. ORR they just make her a regular in the current 616 earth.

    :sick::screwy:

    -J.

judging by the current news of secret wars, i'd say there is quite a chance she does become a regular rather Spider character rather then from an alternate universe character... I suggest you read up on how its going to work son....

You were wrong then and you're still wrong. Alternate universe characters possibly crossing paths with the real characters from 616 in a Secret Wars crossover doesn't mean jack. You are seriously overestimating the "potential" of this barely three month old re-hashed, gimmicky character.

    Son.

    -J.

well Junior..... im quite sure we will see her as this new reboot comes around... while im not a gwen fanatic, im quite sure the female collectors and some male collectors want to see this last. If it was just a " Gimmick" as you said why is her first appearance going for high amounts all across ebay since it first came out?? don't give me that BS you think this is one of those titles that'll be here today gone tomorrow... you don't know jack.

I guess it depends on what you consider "high amounts", and a "gimmicky" character to be. Clearly we disagree, which is fine, the market will ultimately decide. History being the guide that it is however, I daresay that I am more likely to be right than you.

    But....

Although I actually do like the ones you have there, I really think you should at least get some big boy books in your sig line before you start going around calling grown men whom you do not know "son" and "junior".

    Just a suggestion. (thumbs u

    -J.

well you might have bought some " Big boy books" but i don't live in my mother's basement or attic.... i also have felt the warmth of a woman before too lol

  9. Bat Adv 12 CGC 9.8 white pages

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Batman-Adventures-12-CGC-9-8-1st-Harley-Quinn-Suicide-Squad-Movie-/141546795507?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item20f4d8b1f3

This auction should be a pretty decent indication of the current value of this book.I know that there was a CGC 9.8 /white pages which sold for $2,050 and the other more recent sales are around $1,700.

I just placed a bid of $1,300 and was outbid, with 5 days to go.That's as much as I can realistically figure on putting out on a 9.8 slab as I know I can always blow it out for $1600 quickly and recoup my costs, if need be......but I have to wonder what the closing bid will be.

Keep in mind that alot of these auctions on ebay sometimes will have people whom are friends with the seller or the seller has more then one name to try and jack the price up on this or any item, just so they can make more money on the item.... its sad but it's the truth. so the real value is kind of hard to get.
