As far as I can see there is zero mention on their main website about Covid. If they aren't going to offer full refunds at this point that is very shady in my opinion.

The Baltimore Convention Center, though, is currently a COVID testing center through the end of September, as well as a facility to house the extra hospital beds acquired when the convention center was a COVID hospital. We are awaiting guidance from the convention center, government,and healthcare officials before making final decisions, though I would say things are looking more unlikely the later we get in the year. We will make announcements to our mailing list (which you can sign up for on baltimorecomiccon.com if you're not already on it), as well as posting to our website and social media, which will include how we're handling purchased tickets. The Baltimore Convention Center is currently unable to host events during the current State of Emergency enacted by Governor Hogan in March of this year. Events will take place again when the state of emergency has been lifted.

And this would have been far more entertaining in comics general.
