  1. Taxi Driver by Richard Elman Bantam No. T2681 1st printing Feb. 1976 $35 SOLD to Susanville Tough movie tie-in, highly collected first of this classic. A nice looking copy. Has light creasing that breaks very little color and mostly blends into the white.
  2. She'll Be Dead By Morning by Dana Chambers Popular Library No. 238 1950 $22 SOLD to Goldust40 Love this cover. Not a known Belarski but in the style almost better than he did. Fine. Spine has slant and pages are slightly uneven. Covers are smooth with minimal creasing. Wear to the spine and edges. Small stain to back corner.
  3. Bar The Doors Selected by Alfred Hitchcock Dell #143 1946 $20 SOLD to NerV Classic Gerald Gregg Horror cover. One of the best Dell Hitchcock Horror books. Stories by Wells, Crawford and Derleth, among others. A square, tight fresh copy with great gloss. Some light lamination creasing that doesn't break color keeps it out of high grades but man, it feels and mostly looks like one. Great pages.
  4. The Cosmic Puppets by Philip K. Dirk b/w Sargasso of Space by Adnrew North Ace D-249 1957 $20 SOLD to Goldust40 True 1st Edition of Cosmic Puppets. Covers by Ed Valigursky and Ed Emsh A pretty nice bargain copy - the spine is super nice, book has great color and gloss. There are a couple of vertical creases on "Puppets" and book has a bit of a wave from improper storage.
  5. The Doll's Trunk Murder by Helen Reilly Popular Library 211 1949 $60 Iconic violent Rudolph Belarski Bondage/Headlights cover. A cornerstone type book Not quite as nice as the last one I sold. Has a bit of spine edge wear and a ding with light creases in the lower right corner

  8. A Man In Her House by William Johnston Midwood Books No. F178 1962 $25 Beautiful uncredited headlights cover art on this Midwood sleaze title (looks a lot like Rader but I don't believe it's him) Unread and new looking, has a little chipping/chew to bottom left back cover, else VF
  9. The Simple Art Of Murder by Raymond Chandler Pocket Books No. 916 1st Printing November 1952 $35 SOLD to Goldust40 Just a killer copy of the 1st paperback edition of this collection of 5 tales. George Mayers cover art VF Plus Unread glossy and square with no wearing away of the silver spine edge - very rare to find these silver spine Pockets like this. Tiny bend at bottom back. Tough to beat.

  11. Cropper's Cabin by Jim Thompson Lion Books No. 108 November 1952 $35 SOLD to Darwination A truly sick and twisted Thompson tale. Offering up my reader copy at a bargain price. One of those super-tough Jim Thompson Lion Books originals that goes for hundreds of bux in high grade. Spine slanted, pages loosening but all there, including the covers. So great to read these in their original format
  12. Hell Bent by H.B. Ames Beacon B163 1958 $30 SOLD to Goldust40 Hard boiled sleaze title and violent GGA cover art (uncredited) Fine plus/VF minus. Vibrant colors. Hairline reader crease, slight spine slant, light wear.
  13. Hard and Fast by U.S. Andersen Popular Library Eagle EB72 1956 $15 SOLD to Goldust40 About as hard boiled a title as you can get, with multiple cool Ray Johnson paintings to boot. Fine Plus/VF minus Square and Tight with great color. Has a few light bends and some surface and edge wear, shadow at bottom front. A nice copy.

  16. Pagan Passions by Randall Garrett and Larry M. Harris Beacon No 263 1959 $40 SOLD to mstrange Classic Robert Stanley GGA cover art. Love the crumbling empire in view out the window... Near perfect copy of this Science Fiction, sold as Sex by Beacon. An incredible unread copy with full gloss and only a few very light bends keeping it from NM.

  18. That Girl On The River by Ted Fox Popular Library Eagle EB38 1955 $20 A real nice copy of this Ray Johnson hillbilly GGA title. Beautiful colors and the back cover art is top notch as well VF minus. Small stress crack on the spine, light scratches on the back and a touch of edgewear.
  19. The Mean Streets by Thomas B. Dewey Perma M-3032 1st Print 1956 $20 SOLD to OuterBoroGuy A cool JD/hardboiled combo with a nice James Meese cover of jazzed up kids dancing Square and tight with mostly spine wear and a lightish crease at lower right.
  20. The Hot Diary by Howard Olmstead and Ring Around a Rogue by J.M. Flynn Ace D-459 1st Edition 1960 $35 SOLD to Goldust40 Pretty glorious cover by Robert Maguire on Hot Diary. Tough to find this nice VF minus. Very square and glossy with very light reader lines and a couple small faults. A pretty book
  21. Naked Canvas by Warwick Scott Popular Library No. 648 1955 $15 SOLD to mstrange Not sure who this artist is but the GGA is real pretty VF minus. Has one bend on the front cover and a little pen scribble on the back but a very square, glossy new looking book.
