  3. Pagan Passions by Randall Garrett and Larry M. Harris Beacon No 263 1959 $40 SOLD to mstrange Classic Robert Stanley GGA cover art. Love the crumbling empire in view out the window... Near perfect copy of this Science Fiction, sold as Sex by Beacon. An incredible unread copy with full gloss and only a few very light bends keeping it from NM.

  5. That Girl On The River by Ted Fox Popular Library Eagle EB38 1955 $20 A real nice copy of this Ray Johnson hillbilly GGA title. Beautiful colors and the back cover art is top notch as well VF minus. Small stress crack on the spine, light scratches on the back and a touch of edgewear.
  6. The Mean Streets by Thomas B. Dewey Perma M-3032 1st Print 1956 $20 SOLD to OuterBoroGuy A cool JD/hardboiled combo with a nice James Meese cover of jazzed up kids dancing Square and tight with mostly spine wear and a lightish crease at lower right.
  7. The Hot Diary by Howard Olmstead and Ring Around a Rogue by J.M. Flynn Ace D-459 1st Edition 1960 $35 SOLD to Goldust40 Pretty glorious cover by Robert Maguire on Hot Diary. Tough to find this nice VF minus. Very square and glossy with very light reader lines and a couple small faults. A pretty book
  8. Naked Canvas by Warwick Scott Popular Library No. 648 1955 $15 SOLD to mstrange Not sure who this artist is but the GGA is real pretty VF minus. Has one bend on the front cover and a little pen scribble on the back but a very square, glossy new looking book.

Octagon House by Phoebe Atwood Taylor Dell No. 171 1947 $8 A real nice Art Deco cover design from the Golden Age with map back VG, has the usual Dell lamination creases that don't break color but you can see them held at an angle. Lamination almost all intact. Square and tight though, with great color.
  10. Most Likely To Love by Fletcher Flora Monarch No. 426 1964 $25 SOLD to Goldust40 Stunning Rafael DeSoto Good Girl cover art Fine Plus. Super glossy and new looking. Has slight slant, some light bends to covers and some edgewear. Looks great.
  11. The Bitter Tea of General Yen by Grace Zaring Stone Popular Library No. 169 1949 $10 SOLD to Goldust40 Early Popular Library GGA by an uncredited artist Spine has a crack at the middle but the book is solid and tight and the main cover image looks good with the wear apparent in the pics

Teen-Age Terror by Wenzell Brown Gold Medal s734 PBO 1st Print 1958 $35 SOLD to OuterboroGuy Belt-whipping cover art by James Meese - a JD "fridge magnet" Shocking back cover blurb Fine plus/VF minus. Square, tight and glossy. Has a bit of edgewear, a light stain to the top page edge. Super smooth covers with no creases.

James Avati JD cover art, he didn't too many of those IIRC Nice higher grade copy VF minus, has a little bending at the lower right front, a bit of edgewer, otherwise a very square, glossy copy that looks unread.

Popular Library No. 520 1953 $15 SOLD to mstrange One of Owen Kampen's blonde beauties featured on this Popular, another one with great art on the back as well. Feels unread with the one light crease at upper right and the rest of the book feeling clean and fresh
  16. Liana by Martha Gellhorn Popular Library NO. 1529 2nd print 1954 $15 SOLD to NerV Gorgeous colors on this Ray Johnson GGA painting with great vignettes on the back cover as well. One of the many inter-racial genre from this time period. Square, tight and glossy. Has a reader crease, light vertical crease on back and some edgewear. A real nice looking book.
  17. Take Me Home by Fletcher Flora Monarch Books No. 120 PBO 1959 $65 SOLD to TheComicsPreacher Sublime cover art by Harry Schaare graces this Lesbian classic. A very tough book in any condition. I'm probably crazy for selling it with what is happening with this genre. VF minus Square and glossy with the barest trace of a reader crease and a touch of wear at the upper right corner. "R" in pen on first page.
  18. Infidelity by Arthur Weigal Novel Library No. 24 1949 $40 SOLD to Goldust40 This famous GGA cover art, likely by Peter Driben, was re-used on the comic book Intimate Confessions No. 7 VF minus. It's square, tight and glossy. Some dust shadows on the back cover about all there is to report. A beautiful Avon!

Spine is split with front cover attached with archival tape. Pretty good otherwise. Perfect reader and "Looks great in a mylar"
  21. The Dream Is Deadly by Carter Brown Signet S1845 First Printing. October 1960 $25 SOLD to mstrange Incredible Good Girl with a skull cover art by Barye Phillips, one of the best VF Minus. Bright and glossy. Square and tight with great pages. Has a bit of surface disturbance on the cover, hard to see. A great copy.
