  1. Happy Holidays and Happy Festivus! I hope everyone here is doing well in these crazy and uncertain times. My question today is how do I identify which printing of Marvel Masterworks Vol 1 & 12 I have? I thought Google would be my friend but I'm more confused. Then I slapped myself for not coming here first. Anyway, both HC's are still sealed and I cannot identify which prints they are. Do I have to unwrap them to find out which printing they are? Do I want to unwrap them to find out? Thanks in advance for your assistance!
  2. I found out who I'm Santa for and I can't wait to put the gift together! Stuff like this is always so much fun. Thanks to everyone for putting this on
  3. Fingerprints! Oils! Fingerprints! NCB ding. Fingerprints! The culprit of many a 8.0.
  4. Cool. Just wanted to make sure that there wasn’t color touch which was bleeding into the inside cover.
  5. 6.5. Where were the ink stains/bleeds you mentioned?
  6. 3.0. Looks like there might be a bit of mold accompanying the stain.
  7. Tough call. 4.0. I wouldn't add tape. Its not going to improve presentation at all.
  8. 9.0 barring any unseen dings or bends on the FC. A press/clean will help here I think. Nice book.
  9. 3.5. A press won't help much but the clean will help and improve presentation immensely. Probably won't result in a grade bump to 4.0 though. If it was mine I'd do it. I despise dirty books.
  10. The top staple looks rusty. Can you confirm? If so, what about the bottom staple?
  11. I would have been completely turned off by the phrase "some might be missing a page or two" coupled with the fact that most eBay buyers don't read and would bid megabucks regardless. For all we know the original owner used to remove pages, cut out characters and tape them to his wall.
