Alright! I'm not going to miss out on those! Do you think you will ever sell any warrior badges?
-
Wow, what a score! That's a seriously nice haul!
-
Yes, bring on the next batch... i.e - fantasy express no.5 and fusion fanzines.... And another issue of arken sword 17....

Where are all the rarities at?

The Alan Davis Kimota t-shirt is extremely rare!!! I have only ever seen one, so snap one up if you see it for sale.
There was also a double-MM t-shirt from Eclipse which is slightly less rare as I've seen two!!!
I have several MM fanzines listed now and more coming up soon...
I missed my chance to bid on one of the zines and got outbid on the other...

I know!!! I've always wanted an Alan Davis Kimota shirt...
I do own an Eclipse MM sweater which I wear from time to time...but the Kimota shirt.... If I owned one, I don't know if I'd wear it... I would most likely have it framed...

If anyone out there could help me out with these rarities, I would be very grateful...
Fantasy Express No.5
Elektra Magazine No.2
Comics International No.128
Eclipse Extra No.44
Speakeasy No.68
Miracleman No.1 UK Edition
Miracleman Book 3 HB/HC
Naturally, I would love any or all of these NM/VF condition, but anything close would be great either way.... Let me know!
Hi I have all of these in nice condition with the exception of Elektra and Book 3
They will be coming up for sale on ebay in due course...
And much more too... I am downsizing a lot of MM stuff
Ahh!! I'm ready whenever you are Ewan!

Anyone have any new rarities?

Ok, I just got my hands on a beautiful copy of No.19...still searching for 20!
I have a complete run in Spanish but unfortunately I havent been able to get my hands on any Brazilian issues...I've seen images of the "jack marvel" covers... I have tracked down the French version as well... I recently missed out on an auction for the Arken Sword 17/18 and I have only seen the picture of the Elektra tornado press cover that you have posted on this thread... I would love to own a copy of that! I had never heard of the German version though!
Thanks again Ewan!
If anyone can help me track some of these down that would be great...

Here's my latest addition. En Italiano! This thing is huge, approx. 11''x15''.
I have no idea how rare this book is. Any facts on the Italian printings would be greatly appreciated.
I'm guessing you got it off ebay from a guy in Italy, right? I did, too. No idea how many he has, but I've never seen them anywhere but from him.
Yes, I did. Very cheap from blackrain2004.
Hi, I know this thread is pretty old, but what Italian edition are you referencing? Is it the Super Comics No.19 ?
-
Hi all, purely for interest, here's a selection of Miracleman rarities that I've unearthed over the last few years....
Starting with Fantasy Express no.5 - unbelievably rare 1983 fanzine which predates Miracleman by two years. Unique "Alan Moore as Marvelman" cover by Alan Davis. What's more this copy is signed by Alan!
Super-rare Italian Fanzine 'Elektra' - another Alan Davis cover based on the Ark no.20 strip
Brazillian editions!!!
Original 1982 Warrior Badges
more to follow....
Warrior had a button of the iconic Watchmen Happy Face in 1982?
No sorry, the Watchmen one was the later badge from 1986 (though is still pretty rare). That photo was actually pulled from ebay many years back.
Collecting Warriors badges is extremely SLOW - I have managed just 8 in 10 years as follows...
Miracleman Logo badge
Young Miracleman Logo badge
Kid Miracleman Logo badge
Kimota! Logo badge
Warpsmith badge (x2)
Pressbutton badge
& (Badge R)
Both Watchmen and V for Vendetta have so many rip-offs, copies and modern versions that finding originals is next to impossible. Have had 2 or 3 Watchmen but never a V one.
Dez told me they were manufactured in their 1000s though... assume most got disposed of
Origina Titan / Forbidden Planet 2000ADs badges are also tough to find...
It's an interesting diversion...
p.s. loving the MM 1 UK 9.8s very nice
I still have my double-cover no.1, unfortunately not a UK version...
I REALLY want to add an Elektra Magazine No.2 by Tornado Press to my collection...
