    :o was this SS 44 originally yours?!?! What an awesome picture of it pre-slabbed! I really love this head sketch... It's very eerie and it looks amazing with the content and layout of the EE 44. It is definetly one of my favorite head sketches that I've seen by Totleben.

     

    lol yes, I have worn the sweater many times! You only live once! Right?

    Believe it or not, I keep it in a protective case enclosed with cedar when not in use... Which is about 350 or so days a year... When I first purchased it, I was very hesitant to wear it.. I almost got it framed! But I get more enjoyment wearing it the 6 days a year that it is actually cold here in Florida than I would if it was up on the wall in a frame (thumbs u

    Better late than never....

     

    Got one! I've been searching for a HG Nexus No.1 in the wild for a while now... It paid off! Only $3.50 for this one and it's a beauty....I love the cover on this Strange Planets... "The Vampires of the Void" - (thumbs u I was told it was a second print (shrug) Anyhow, very pleased to add these two to my collection.

    Yea been going to goodwill for a few years... never saw any comics.. then the video games started disappearring. Apparently they now send the games to some central facility(at least this goodwill is doing that.) Probably to maximize profits from shopgoodwill.com or something. Really pissed me off because they're already getting this stuff for free and it kinda feels like they're robbing the community that sustains them.

     

    all this is is greed and sooner or later it'll come back and bite them in the :devil:

     

    Yeah Goodwill is all about that greed :eyeroll:

     

     

    Goodwill hunting has never really been a favorite of mine...

    Years ago I would luck out and find some nice LPs and maybe a copy or two of a vintage hardback... Never any comics though... I have however found treasure troves of comics at smaller thrift stores.
