I've never been the biggest Fury fan, but I've had the chance to see a ton of the Sgt Fury covers and every other one is a classic. Great stuff.

Ohio copy
Thank You Mr. Storms
Very nice, wish I had grabbed that up. =)

Can you send me a scan of that when you get if, for the database? You did good on both of those!
When I get a scanner and the book, I'll hook you up. Not sure when I'll pull the trigger on the scanner, but it should be soon. =)

Only 2! The Spidey that won't go anywhere, and the Strange Tales I picked up on "the bay" a week or so ago (but hasn't yet arrived). =)

I just bought the Ohio DD 25 from Bob's site. My first Ohio book.

CGC 9.0 Daredevil #27 Spider-Man Winnipeg
My DD run now has Green River, White Mountain, Bethlehem, Pacific Coast, Western Penn, Northland, Curator and Winnipeg.
Now I just have to figure out what I'm missing pedigree wise.
MH2!

I've read up to around issue 45. really really like it.
It does not read well, at least for me, one chunk every month. I've stopped reading it, though I still buy it. I figure I'll sit down with all 100 issues in 5 years. =)
There are just soooo many subplots, little hints dropped in issue 20 that show up in issue 40, tons of characters. It is a very intricate story that is being woven. Lot to keep track of that becomes hard when you haven't read some issues in 5 years. It had got to the point that I had to reread the entire series every 6 months. Didn't bother me, cause its a great series, I just read quite a few books so I don't always have time to reread things 4 or 5 times.

Thanks jimm94 for this one. 2nd purchased, first in my possession.

Picked up a few weeks back. My first pedigreed book purchased, however, not the first one I received.
I need a scanner.

Egads, this thread was ousted to the 3rd page. Here to bumping it up to the front.
Recent Ebay win:
Wish I had the cash left after winning the other to go after this one! Inexpensive Green River books only come along so often. Grats =)

I sometimes break from collecting Marvel Bronze and grab the occasional Marvel Silver. You know, just to mix it up.
I cannot imagine having another collection obsession.

Very good stuff.
Keep them coming (I haven't bought a new pedigree book in a month ).
I haven't bought a new pedigree book in a month (and 28 years) either. Soon!

Props to JiveTurkeyMoFo on a great ASM 68 and assorted late 100s FF books.
Big FU to my post office for screwing up delivery so I got it 2 weeks late.

Its a sweet looking copy, but $200 + is a little steep for that book,?
Is it strictly because its a PC that it went for that much, or would another 9.6 command close to that.
9.6s GPA around $160. Have to guess the PC pushed it up to where it ended, but it might have gone a bit higher if PC was noted in the title. If it had W pages, and I knew about it, I would have bid it up to $275 =p If I didn't have my imposed W page limit to keep me out of bankruptcy, I would have happily paid $200 for that guy.

While we are on the topic...where'd ya get the PC ASM 150, if ya don't mind me asking? Working on 150-200 and wouldn't mind a pedigreed book or 3.
