Nice colors and page quality. Some writing on title. Old fat holder with some scuffing on the case. Definitely would look much better in a new case.

No, your point is trying to fear monger. If a show is happening with safety guidelines and people want to go, let them go. Nobody wants to hear your negativity. "My all caps attitude" is me being positive. You should try it.  Again,if you don't want to go, Just stay in your bunker and don't go to any shows.  It's as simple as that.

Great, wish I could have gone. Hopefully more and more cons have the nerve to go on. Wish things lined up to make the trip. Would love to hear more from people and dealers who went. Thanks for the update.

Fantastic Four #20...$125

I would give it at least a VG, PQ is about as white as you could hope for. A big name stamp on the bottom. I bought a local collection from the guy who bought them as a kid and stamped his name on most of them ,including an FF #5. He kept them in nice shape overall.

That's a shadow on the bottom left of the back cover and there are a couple pages that have small stains at the bottom middle, but the rest of the pages are very nice.

Great, thanks for all the input, i guess I was a little bias toward nice pages and great smellllll (that you can't experience in a graded book   ). Just thumbing thru it was a joy, just looking at my graded 3.0s and 3.5s, this one just seemed a little nicer ,though 3.5 is probably the more accurate grade. I will put it up as a 3.0/3.5.
