A group of some of my favorites:
Very nice group. If you don't mind, what's the grade on the COC 23? Is that a File Copy? Looks very nice.
Awesome group for sure. I've got 4 of them. I'm on the hunt for Tormented #1. Do you guys ever see that book come up for sale?
I've got a 4.5 but not looking to sell it. I had a fair copy I sold last year but they don't come up very often.

It's a cool book and isn't getting any cheaper any time soon. Buy the book you love when you get an opportunity to do so!

Nate is an awesome individual to deal with. Extremely courteous even when we had a little post office snafu he was patient and understanding. Hats off to you, Nate and I look forward to doing business with you soon and everyone on the boards should have no hesitations dealing with him!

Those Jumbos are great! I love how in a short little run they have a fire demon, a clown, a hanging reference and the Grim Reaper! All that's missing is a zombie....
Yeah, they are fun. I'm missing #163, #164, and #167 so maybe there is a zombie on one of those covers.
Love those later Jumbo's. There was only so many scantily clad hot girls spearing an exotic animal covers they could come up with.

This one just arrived in the mail today....2nd highest in the census at a mere 5.0! There are 2 at 6.0. Where are all of the high grade non-EC PCH books?
That dude who posted above you has them all, ha.

I have missed this thread but it has been moving along with the usual brilliance I see. Appreciate the work you guys have been contributing. We will kick this thread back in full gear!

Can you outlast your past
Can you live with a lie
How long can you last
Before you wish to die
Can you make amends
Can you really atone
For the death of friends
Now rotten to the bone
Jesus will not save
On that you can rely
When you lie in your grave
You won't be granted sky
A man with something to hide
A guilt that can never be fed
A soul lost of a peaceful guide
No peaceful slumber in bed
Now you take journey you know so well
Accompanied by the unholy hound
Drives you to your own personal hell
I will not fight or make a sound

So did anyone pick up any of the comics4less books last night. Was curious as it seemed bidding was pretty aggressive.

This one is due to arrive on Monday-It has been a challenge to find a decent copy!
Tough to find in above good grade. Very nice!

What's more unbelievable is that there is 2 copies in 9.9. Who'd a think!
-
Nice work, Pat. I really need to start reading more pulps and short sci-fi novels as it seems to bring out great creativity in you guys. (thumbs u

Good one, Dale as always! A rousing sci-fi epic.

Excellent guys
Those establishment goons sure made life a drag
For Clarisse and our hero, Guy Montag
For life was harsh one needed just a look
Except a select few who could escape with a book
Todays people should especially take heed
Pop on the Kardashians and do not read
Voluntarily without knowing giving up their rights
And fall into that nightmare world without a fight
Go out today and visit a library
Take a note from the great Bradbury

I’ve been catching up on some classic yarns in my Readers; so here’s an instaverse encomium to editor Donald A Wollheim
O dragon-rider, show us the way;
Take us to fantasy worlds today.
No far realm could be as crass and worn
As this poor sad place where we were born,
Where life is a long looping sales pitch:
The broken wheel steers into a ditch.
Take us to where the stars shine as bright
Precious jewels flung into the night;
Enchant our souls with a wonder quest,
Wild adventure and evils to best;
Wrapped in rainbows of romance and glory,
Show us the magic myth of our story.
Very nice Pat and I forgot to tell you that earlier. I appreciate all the veterans keeping this thread chugging along and hope to see some new blood share some work soon.

Working on a thriller..will post with another when prize arrives.
Sorry, Jimmers. Have had quite the eventful month but prize is en route. Disastrous vacation, a move, my favorite uncle who started me in collecting passed and an all around downer of a month. Better things on the horizon though!

Super easy to deal with! Fast and secure shipping and everything went silky smooth. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.

Sorry for the thread stagnation
Took fam on epic fail vacation
Started off all amped, fist pumps
Ended with all getting the thunder dumps
Wishing for time to hone my craft
Instead about died from broke drive shaft
Next time without any inclination
Will Instead opt for a nice "staycation"
Really like that one Dale. Time to get this thread cranking again!

Just got this from a top notch buddy and couldn't be more pleased!
Man that's pretty!
-
Tripp is fantastic to deal with. He pays immediately and I have also bought from him and everything went silky smooth!
-
Fast, well secure shipping. Thanks again, Jeremy.

Nice guys and fitting as this was the anniversary of the first moon landing. Whether it was really on the moon or in a NASA soundstage is fodder for another thread.

That was great, Frozen! Nice addition Pat. Always loved funky space alien critters causing interstellar mayhem!
