  1. Sure looks like something spilled on it causing the stains
  2. It's fine. Just don't buy books that spike like this. easy game easy life
  3. Welp. This is indefensible , it seems. Just another lowlife thief Grand larceny is theft between 1k and 3k, per Google. Which is what the buyer seems to be attempting here.
  4. And some people wonder why more sellers are asking for checks. This is horrid on the face of it. Hopefully the accused surfaces with their side of things, because if they have no reasonable defense and the above statement is true then they are not good people. I hope it works out for the seller and PayPal doesn't screw them.
  5. If you did not receive an invoice from me for this thread, please PM me. If you did and you've paid, I'll be getting yours shipped out either today or tomorrow.
  6. dunno! I wasn't linking that source to end debate. Its just one source that I knew about. The precise order of certain very early appearances are likely a little fluid anyway.
  7. https://cmro.travis-starnes.com/groups.php?group_name=6 this has it listed as being released concurrently with X-Men #3, but ahead of it by one slot in the reading order. I need an Avengers #3 for my X-Men set
  8. ya i never minded your vids in the new comics in collection thread. I don't always click on them, but sometimes I do. Thats vastly different from what this OP is doing.
  9. Was out walking my two jack russells a few years ago and this happened just about exactly like this. An old lady had a large breed dog on the opposite side of the avenue. Her dog got pissed about my dogs and tried to cross the avenue to get us. Yanked the old lady right off her feet and at least a good five or six feet parallel to the ground before she hit. I give her credit for hanging onto the leash. All the while she was screaming "NO NO NO NO STOP NO NO NO!" while being dragged, and I mean this literally, dragged down the sidewalk by her huge dog. I was attempting to vacate the area with my two before things got worse. I wonder about that poor little old lady sometimes. I never saw her again after that.
  10. I've realized this week that my Neal Adams collection is woefully incomplete. What a loss to the industry, the collecting community, and the arts in general. He was so active and productive before Covid, I was hoping to get to visit his booth again soon at a show now that the pandemic is kind of sort of in the rear view.
