  2. yea. I'd like to see that .5! Also what's up?! ComicLink gets 5 different FF1s to end the summer and still cant get back cover scans for most of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. missing nothing. I guess the bottom left scuff mark you can barely see - that starts by the green monsters hand and go down to around the bottom of that crushed car - is what did it. Maybe its like a 'if it has that sort of thing it can't be above a 6' flaw? I mean, I bought the book not the grade. If you take that away from it it really looks like it was taken off this Wednesdays rack. I have a SC22 thats a 6 that has a similar problem, but still doesn't present as well as this. I bought the notes too thinking the same thing
  4. he hasnt done it in a while. man it'll be so good the day he does it again. I almost forgot who sold it for him, and how pleasant and professional the experience was
  5. was there a date stamp on that other sale? might've made a difference.
  6. kicking myself for selling my 4.0 last year. but mark my words... I'll be back with a FN or better... one day.... I hope
  7. this one looks great in person, better than expected, it's dare I say fantastic!!!
  8. I dunno it's only a 1.0. Not a fan of sig books but if you're ever gonna do something like that...
  9. the comic connect auction mentions a crazy story back in the 80s when the book first came around that ended in an almost fist fight. WOULD I LIKE TO HEAR MORE.... yes!!! What went down?!
  10. thanks guys, sounds like I'm reading the first 10 of these tonight!
  11. Looking at a run over here of the first 80 issues, and I know 1 and 13 are keys but is there any other issue I should be looking out for? Thanks guys
  12. Thanks bro, last price cut on this one, I'll leave it here until 12/22 then its back to fee-bay.
  13. from the leaders reports ... The Amazing Spider-Man #28, 1965. This is the only Silver Age Spider-Man comic with a black cover // I didn't know that! Thanks again Leader, for an informative and entertaining post!
  14. Here's one you don't see every day... Fantastic Four #12 CGC 8.5 Unrestored Universal Off-White to White Pages asking $8499 $8250 $8000 via paypal. Had it listed on ebay but I pulled the auction, figured let me knock a few bucks off and see if a boardie wants to give it the new home it deserves. 16. sorry to take it off subject but what the hell I mean, I'm in the AF15 club... THE NEW SPIDER-MAN MOVIE WAS AWESOME!
  17. I think you're good bro... but tbh I feel the think the same thing when I stare at my Hulk 1 7.5 so I know the feeling
  18. ha yea I felt like I was there! I REALLY wish I was! Thanks again for these excellent reports I can only hope to one day cross paths with THE LEADER, and I obviously have to check out Sal's Italian Restaurant now too!
  19. yea these new prices for SC4 got legs! I bet it'll end around that 78, which would make 3 strong 7.5 sales. Man, I remember when I bought my af 15 6.5 saying to myself it was either that or a SC4 7.5 at a heritage auction a few years back, and both closed for the same amount. In retrospect the SC4 spiked higher!
