  3. RULES: NO Hos or Other Probationee's allowed to buy. Shipping in the Good Ol' USA is $7.00 unless otherwise noted. Rest of the World is $25 (and that's everywhere but the USA) unless otherwise noted. Time payments are available if you need them. We accept Check, Money Order or Paypal (preferred). First takes it, regardless of PM negotiations. We go by time stamps. That's only fair. If you work out a deal with us via PM put via PM in the thread please. We play nice, have a good rating, and expect the same from you. Thread will be small about 8-10 books plus maybe a few Original Art Pages
  4. I'd echo the sentiments expressed here-- I buy a fair amount of art but I stick with private sellers or dealers who are willing to go to the bother of actually listing a price. When I'm scrolling through CAFans Gallery and I see one of their listings I just pass over it .
  5. Wow this one is insane and exactly why I love the Golden Age!
  6. Quick glance at it and it's hard to see as it looks like there is very little gloss to it-- a nice looking book nonetheless. First glance I gave it a 5.0 and looking a little closer I'm thinking 4.5 Hedge your bets folks-- I'm interested to see where this comes in from CGC.
  7. As another artist that does commissions I'm extremely sorry to hear about this kind of behavior from a fellow professional. I'm not sure why some people do this, I personally have a commission owed to me for going on five years now-- and I don't ever expect to actually get it. On the flipside-- at Cons I only accept payment if I can get it done during the show, and I keep track of a schedule of them so that I can get them all in. I usually only take one or two on a Sunday because I know like everyone else I'm going to try and sneak out early after working myself silly for the first two days. Life and assignments get in the way, and I feel for the artist that gets bogged down, but it's better to turn down a commission than keep someone waiting endlessly.
  8. Mega Kudos-- great to work with!
  9. Chris shipped extremely fast and well packed. Great book. Will deal with again without hesitation.
  10. Bought a few books, shipped extremely well and the grading was spot on. Thanks Don!
  11. Great Batman 9 and that's a pretty sweet Catman 2-- I love the bust up drawing of him in the upper left corner which makes up for the fact that the figure on the cover is seen only from the back (I don't know why they did that so often in the Golden Age). Nice colors on both.
  12. I think Kirby and Ditko were THE Hulk team to beat, and still are. I loved the "Frankenstein" style of these early Hulks. Great book!
  13. Great to deal with-- A+ all the way!
  14. Jeremy and I have done several deals-- he is great to work with! Highest recommendation!
  15. Cal sent more than what I ordered quickly and packed very well. The actual book I ordered was exactly as described. Thanks Cal!
  16. Pleasure to work with-- great buyer.
  17. Sharon is absolutely the best! Do not hesitate to work with her!
