    I see, Mainly asking about how you would do transactions between the US or other countries without paypal. At this point there just doesn't seem to be a alternative.

    I don't "think" that is correct for archival tape, I believe it would be considered conserved. Regular tape would be a universal grade. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFSML9lbh2Q

    And I have only ever seen that high of a grade (4.0) with detached cover on Golden age stuff. Move to Silver and 3.0 is as high as I have seen. They might be out there higher but I haven't seen one.
