Found this thread thought this might be close enough to show here. Found this issue mixed in with some romance pulps at a flea market. The All-Story Magazine July 1912 Last segment of ERB's Under the Moons of Mars. Under his pseudonym Norman Bean. Besides the rips on the cover in amazing condition.

Got to show this found it while on vacation, The All-Story Magazine July 1912 Under the Moons of Mars by Norman Bean, AKA ERB the sixth and final installment. Just a few months till Tarzan of the Apes debuted in this title. -
Found a few low grade beauties at a small sports card shop. The Strange Fantasy # 9 is the Black Cat version

Found a copy yesterday at Barnes and Noble, this has the extra cover wrap, the subscription issues have a different cover wrap and the comic shop issues have the cover.
