    This sunday I was at the LA Vintage Paperback and Pulp show, had a fun time just a couple of the books I pick up. The first issue of Complete Detective I had for a while but had to show it with the nice August copy, Red Circle Goodness.

    Here's a Jack Kamen page from Weird Fantasy 16(4), Page 5 of the story Second Childhood. This is my most recent pick up I have a few other pages picked up over the years.

    I actually needed a number of issues, I had 1-14 for quite a while Jamie at Southern Cal Comics had got in a Mad collection including all the Mad comics so I bought the ones I needed to get up to issue 23. These issues are easy to get so I hadn't been in a rush to pick them up. Was fun to see them all together though.

    I agree this is a fun one day show. It was fun to meet some out of town boardies, Junkdrawer has good taste in books, nice pick ups. I was happy with my selection also most came from those two boxes from Brad's booth. Here's two of them:
