  1. I would say no since they were sent to the individual stores for auction and no witness. I may go to Bedrock since it's local just to check them out but doubt they can be graded
  2. I would contact Kevlar and/or Doug Peters both have knowledge of the process with official pix
  3. My experience to date is that it depends but more often than not it will be downgraded.
  4. Ash Gonzalez killing it again with this Chuck Norris piece, signed by Chuck at Comicpalooza and off to CGC
  5. Ms. Marvel 17 Kubert X-23 ResurrXion Variant CGC 9.8 $100 I'll take it....I have 3 (12, 10, and 2) The loves of my life and bane of my existence all rolled up into adorable faces.
  6. Contact Rich Henn....He just facilitated an Alex Ross signing. He had one last year as well.
  7. Totally your preference. This only becomes a question if you are planning to sell it. Most would chose the photo cover for resale purposes unless the art was done by someone of comic fame/lore. For example my Ash Gonzales covers are damn near perfect, in my opinion, but he is not a well known artist and thus the value on the open market is questionable. Again, I am not collecting to resale...I chose Ash because he does excellent work, is local, and is not terribly expensive. I have both photo covers and OA in my collection and sometimes both for the same character. Its all what you prefer.
  8. Well here it is in all its encapsulated glory.....pictures do know justice!
  9. you will be the first person I contact. Never once gave her any input beyond what character I wanted. It was worth the wait. Now, we see what CGC thinks
  10. .....well it helps that Ash is a personal friend and lives close to where I work, which most of those covers are his. Have one in the works for Palooza and two for AlamoCity. It's a blessing and a curse to have him so close. We are always talking about shows and what he can do
  11. Thank you Ron, looks like we have the same tastes. Was on her waiting list since last year.....and had to save. Great Wonder Woman, beautiful piece.
  12. Well since we are sharing our Natali Sanders....I just received this today. Headed to CGC as we speak. She said she hoped she did the character justice......uh, I give that a hell yes!
  13. I have used them both and can't speak more highly of them. I use dorkbuzz for most, if not all, Texas shows and have never been dissapointed.
  14. Sorry, did not mean to offend anyone....like I said more power to the seller
  15. Like I said there is a sucker born every day
  16. I would be interested if he really wanted to sell it but obviously he does not....$8,500 really. That's a joke. But hey, there is a sucker born everyday
  17. Is this the same boardie selling their copy on eBay for $8,500...WTF? Are you kidding me.
  18. Not much I can say but DAMN! Queen Hela herself. Big time kudos to Doug Peters for this one.
