    I'm guessing they are so backed up across the board this is most likely just a delay in encapsulation.

    I'm wishing I had fast tracked mine. Did regular Economy because it was slightly faster than FT Value at the time of submission. By the time they checked them in on 5/8, TATs jumped up by 20 days. I'm guessing I have at least another month at this point.

    So are they doing resto/page count checks now before it goes to grading? My Express book updated to Universal yesterday but remains at SFG. I don’t like the idea of adding another person handling the books if that’s new. Just another opportunity for accidents to occur.

    They usually enter them in the day after receipt, but it can take a few. Reholders will show up in your account. BUT I just checked my account and interestingly enough, the invoice for my last reholder submission (their error) has disappeared so maybe they are still having issues. I just got those books back a couple weeks ago.
