  1. - 1 Rick and Morty™ #28 SDCC Exclusive Variant - CGC SS** SS by Cannon: $125 (includes fast track grading) **eligible for TV show creators
  2. 1,500? Wow small print run. No wonder I can't find one of these anywhere for a decent price. What are the print runs on the other variants? Are they this small? Oh well I will keep looking hopefully something will pop up.
  3. Anybody know the print run on that #16 Last Of Us variant cover? Been looking for that one forever too.
  4. Were these even CGC witnessed? If not they are worthless! Kidding those are fantastic, awesome gift indeed. Congrats
  5. I'd definitely avoid. I suppose a few look possibly legit but some of the signatures on the TMNT-Ghostbusters copies are horrid...I've never seen Peter sign that sloppy. And it seems fishy that they got Peter's signatures on very recent books like Batman-TMNT which, with Peter not going to shows, raises a big question about "how" these signatures were acquired. They'd pretty much have to camp out at Shellback and wait for Peter to show up unless they know him personally. Did you send the seller an email asking where Peter signed all these? Would be interesting to see what is said. I call BS on these. If Peter did draw these then he must have been sipping from a flask between sketches. These are all apparently PSA/DNA certified according to the auction. I am not sure exactly how that process works for verifying signatures/sketches but it seems like a lot of work to get the books, spend time faking the sketches and signatures and spend time faking the PSA/DNA labels and certificate #. If you look at his other auctions he has a ton of PSA/DNA legit stuff. Why go through all that work for $150? Or simply wait it out until PSA/DNA lists the certificate # on there site. I say way too much work for a small amount of money, I say they are all legit IMO.
  6. Comiclink had 3-4 real nice pieces sell a few weeks ago. Considering what those sold for and what a couple pieces sold for on Ebay prices are surely spiking on his work. I really don't see them come up too often either and when they do they sell well. I want to get my hands on a couple of his toned paper commissions he has been doing at con's, except of course he started doing this after ECCC so I missed out. Hopefully next year though. Legends of the Guard cover for sale at the next Heritage auction. Nice! Do you know when it will go up? Already up. Here is the link: Legends of the Guard cover V2#1 Fantastic thanks! Saw this too http://comics.ha.com/itm/original-comic-art/david-petersen-mouse-guard-legends-of-the-guard-v2-1-page-11-original-art-archaia-studios-2013-/a/7139-94227.s?ic4=GalleryView-Thumbnail-071515 Any guesses on what the cover will go for?

  9. Here is my small MG collection of originals. Still need framing. Winter 1152 Page 1 Winter 1152 Page 21 Legends Of The Guard Page issue 2 page 11 Picked this up at ECCC. Not a commission but just 1 of a few originals David had on hand. I think this will be in a future sketch book.
  10. Mouse Guard I got some original pieces I will post up later.
  11. Great looking piece. Is it from one of the books or a commission?
  12. OK Now I feel like an insufficiently_thoughtful_person \
  13. Who is on the cover of 132? Isn't that Alpha with her pre-shaved head or whatever? Holding baby Lydia?
  14. If I'm not mistaken, 10 Universals, 1 Qualified, and 3 Signature Series. It is a beautiful book. With a very healthy ask. Woo Indeed. Ouch. But man 9.8's never pop up. Not that I see at least.
  15. Somebody posted up a #2 in a 9.8 on Ebay. Looks real nice. Anybody know how many 9.8's there are for #2?
  16. Probably already mentioned but the Finch WW 1:100 are on fire. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&ghostText=&_sacat=0&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&_nkw=wonder+woman+finch&_sop=16
  17. Thanks for all the input on the art, much appreciated.
  18. Got this from a guy as a "throw in" with another piece of comic art that I purchased and I wanted to have you TMNT pro's look at it. Looks legit to me but can anybody offer some feedback on its authenticity? Does it look like a real Laird piece?
  19. Another freaking variant? When are we getting to the point of ridiculousness? I can now understand the frustrations that modern collectors have. I never understand this argument. Just don't buy them. Why is it a big deal? I hear this all the time, but if you are so against it, why even act like they exist? Why is it a big deal for you to comment on my opinion? Because its a comic book discussion board. We discuss comic books here. Whether I buy or don't buy is my prerogative I get that, but I have the right just as anybody else to offer my opinion as you do to agree or disagree.
