it was ultimately my fault, so im not going to be a jerk to the seller... i just wasnt paying attention... yeah... the listing could have been written a little better... i blame it all on ebay... if it wasnt for the description being in a pop-up window now i would have caught it ...

well at least my phantom #1's came in the mail today and look NM+... i thought i was done chasing this book ... back to the bay to get 1 A and sell some more morlock 1's...

so after the Enormous run on the WTS board got closed because of a missed ink smudge... i decided to look at the auction i bought last night... looks like i overlooked something too... i read the description quickly and saw 1st print in big read letters... looked at the pictures real fast at the corners and what not... not paying attention to the covers... i go look at the listing a couple minutes ago to look at 1 A to see if it has an ink smudge too... oh... there isnt a 1 A... there is a 1 B and a 2nd print... guess i shouldnt shop late night and pay more attention... =( http://www.ebay.com/itm/191514606199?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT#

i was happy... nice to come home with something after driving around all day... i finally pulled the trigger and bought a full run off of ebay... demand is only going to get higher as they figure out you cant find them in the wild... yeah i paid a hefty price... but i just sold 2 morlock #1's for 50 that i bought for a dollar... it will even out eventually...

these are nm/nm+... he just brought them out i think... i know they werent on the shelf yesterday... thinking they were sitting in the back in a box forgotten...

If you don't mind me asking, what did those Treasury's cost you a piece. I understand if you do not want to answer. I'm just real curious about them. He sold them at cover price... 9.99

The 1st 3 issues are impossible to find in the wild... If the TV show happens... this book is gonna be huge... i went to 14 different shops in the Denver-Boulder metro area today trying to find issues 1,2,3... half didnt order it... the others only a few copies... all i found were a couple treasury editions at my last stop...

how are the phantoms still able to be sold... i swear in the first couple of days presales on ebay had to be close to all of them...

i ordered them friday night... by saturday morning they raised the price to 50 a piece... my pull lcs has carried it since the beginning... i was just too focused filling holes in my old collection (just started collecting again after a 20 yr break) and not buying new titles... i was able to grab #4-6 A & B covers and a #1 2nd about a week ago... but the TV show announcement hit before i made it down to Mile High... when i stopped in Sunday all back the issues were gone... so now i have to scour the denver metro area tomorrow and hope i get lucky...

well i got my final Mile High invoice... 2 NM Enormous #1 Phantom variants for 25 a piece... being shipped out in next couple days... now to just hunt down issues 1 through 3... gonna be a lot of driving to all of the LCS tomorrow...

i thought this was going to happen to me this weekend... i slipped in and bought 2 NM Enormous #1 Phantom Variants at $25 a piece on Friday from mile high... then they changed the price to 50 saturday morning... been waiting for an out of stock notice... but they sent me an invoice and charged my card this morning... so we'll see...

The only way to get a cheap Morlocks #1 is to look for ones that were already up for auction before the news was announced Yep. I missed this one by about a mile but figured someone might have some of these laying around. Jaw drop.. I have 5 or 6 copies somewhere.. Wonder if those prices will stay by the time I dig them out I ordered about 8 copies a few days ago. Based on my previous order of Captain America #275 from him, chances say I don't see any of them. If that's the case, I'll follow up and out the seller. i found 12 copies of Morlocks in the dollar bin at a LCS today so i grabbed 6 of them, and another copy of Rust #1... but nothing on my hunt for Enormous =(

i loved Infinity Gauntlet when i was a kid... so snagging this rare book for seven bucks made my day...

i got an EoSV2 off of amazon.com last week for $20... took it down to my LCS and owner said it should grade 9.6, but could get 9.8... totally lucked out... then he asked if i wanted to sell it for $50...

Yeah... I was a little confused about Frozen... I know tons of books that have low print runs nd didn't get ordered... I see them in the 1.00 bins all the time... But then again... Disney collectors can be fanatics... That's what you have to hope for I guess... Somehow they catch wind of a low run one shot that's hard to find...

all these variants are killing me... and my bank account...
