  1. Final hour discount -- 10% off the listed price on the remaining books. Thread closes at 8:15 PM central.
  2. So sad that many of us will be adding such a fine, well adjusted young man to our blocked lists. I'm sure his mother will be crestfallen that us internet bullies just don't understand her precious little angel.
  3. Last call Going to close up the thread tonight around...let's say 8ish CST. Thanks to all who've have bought, or at least had a look, so far!
  4. Tuesday bump. Figure I'll leave this thread open till Thursday-ish, then the raws will go to eBay and the slabs can hang out with me a while longer. PM your offers if you're on the fence!
  5. Send Sir Patrick over and I’ll prove you wrong on that one.
  6. Let's go back to DC today with an affordably priced copy of Brave and the Bold #28. First Justice League of America. Affordably priced largely due to this being a CGC .5, cr/ow pages. However, we must keep in mind that not all .5s are created equal. What I found most compelling about this copy is that it is still structurally intact without any tape or extra staples or crazy glue splattered on it. And there's no large chunks missing from it. The obvious major flaw is the color loss on the front and, to a lesser extent, the back covers. But at the same time, the JLA title and the action on the front cover are still very much intact. $850 $700 $650 shipped
  7. No shock there. I saw somewhere that All Access was free for this month, so I had some brief hope. But I’m guessing they still want you to provide a major credit card, blood sample, and loyalty oath for the freebie.
  8. Turns out my wife has access to Prime video...and CBS All Access restricts their stuff through Comcast’s hardware. So %¥#! you CBS All Access. Guess I’ll see if The High Man in the Castle is any good.
  9. Big old lot of Wolverine, Spider-Man, and X-Men books is up next. What you see is what you get. This one ships in a medium flat rate box. $40 shipped
  10. X-Men Adventures, Season I lot. Based off the fantastic animated series from the '90s. Issues 2-4, 7-10, and 12-15. $15 shipped
  11. Wolverine v3 42-48, the whole Civil War storyline from the 2003 title. $18 shipped
  12. A couple (Marvel) Civil War-centric groups up next. First we have some of the Civil War titled books -- 1-6 (missing #5), The Return 1, and a souvenir newspaper (can't remember where this came from). $20 shipped
  13. 10 issues of What If... are up next. Pictures were strategically taken so that you can see the issue numbers and titles, thereby increasing the efficiency of my typing. $15 shipped
  14. Next contestant is a lot of Marvel Comics Presents books - 145, 149, 156-162, 164-166. Total of 12 books. $15 shipped
  15. Price lowered on the Haeser sketch, and we're going to add some raw lots for those of you out there needing some reading material during these strange times we're currently living through. All raw lots ship USPS priority flat rate, and shipping cost is included in the listed price. Everything is pre-packed in flat rate envelopes (filled with as much cardboard, bubbly wrap, and peanuts will fit comfortable alongside the books), but I've found that I can fit two flat rate envelopes worth of books into a medium flat rate box, so combined shipping discounts are possible. Books are offered as readers, so no individual grades assigned. But you can assume: - All are complete and devoid of any major flaws - There's likely not any hidden 9.8s lurking Onward! First up is a 12 book group comprised of The Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix 1-4, The Further Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix 1-4, and Askani's Son 1-4. $16 shipped
  16. Up next is Thor 186. Hela is up to no good. Book is in excellent condition, no rips/tears, creases, missing pieces, stains, that I can see. A few minor spine tics, and some very minor color loss around the edges of the top half of the front cover. Could very well grade in the low 9s, but I'll conservatively call it an 8.5. SOLD
  17. Special Edition X-Men #1. Offered here because it reprints the historic Giant Size X-Men #1. Don't crack that slab to read the book, buy this one instead! Probably about a 6.5, but condition isn't the selling point on this one. $6 shipped (or I'll include it for free to anyone who buys the GSX 1 listed in this thread)
  18. Let's add a few raw books for those out there needing some reading material. First up: (Uncanny) X-Men 131, first full White Queen (Emma Frost). Substantial wear on the spine and the edges of both covers, call this one a 3.5 SOLD!
